Slow Down & Listen Session at The St. Regis Jakarta.

We didn’t expect the session to unfold even better than we had imagined. The connection we shared with the participants felt truly genuine, and it was deeply moving to witness and experience the vulnerability expressed during the sharing session.

Vulnerability is a beautiful form of courage, trust, and sincere openness. Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed their energy to this meaningful gathering.

A special thank you to @stregisjakarta for providing such a beautiful and comfortable venue that perfectly supported the experience.

With gratitude,
Reiki Master Circle

Meet our Practitioner and Co-Founder @radityabeer 🌿 by @radityabeer

Agla in full bloom 🌸🤍

Seeing you grow more into yourself has been one of my favorite things to witness.

Here’s to this new chapter — filled with more joy, more mindful moments, more of what makes you happy, and so many beautiful things still waiting to unfold.

Happy birthday, my love @aglaartalidia . Keep blooming, in your own way. 🌸

Can’t wait to see where this next chapter takes you — and so happy I get to be there with you.

Love you always 🤍

And thank you @saltsizzle.id for making our birthday lunch extra special 🤍 by @radityabeer

Slow Down & Listen

In a world that constantly asks us to do more, move faster, and keep going, sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is simply pause.

Join us for an afternoon of stillness, renewal, and gentle reconnection with yourself.

Through mindful movement, conscious breathwork, calming meditation, immersive sound healing, Reiki, and intuitive oracle card guidance, we create a space where you can soften, slow down, and listen to the wisdom already living within you.

Together, we will explore the beauty of presence, restore balance, and nurture a deeper connection to mind, body, and spirit.

And as the afternoon unfolds, we will gather over a beautiful Afternoon Tea at The St. Regis Jakarta @stregisjakarta allowing meaningful conversations, reflection, and connection to gently continue.

Because sometimes, the voice you’ve been searching for isn’t somewhere out there.

It’s already inside you.

A quiet throwback to the end of the year in Amsterdam — cold winter days, familiar faces, and the comfort of reconnecting with family and long-time friends. by @radityabeer

*Breath of the Heart, Reiki for gentle compassion*

This is a gentle Reiki session where we focus on the breath and the heart. With each breath, we invite calm in and gently let go of anything heavy. There’s nothing to do or fix. Just breathe and let yourself relax.

Reiki energy will support you as your heart softens and opens at its own pace. You may feel peaceful, warm, or simply more at ease. This is a safe and quiet space to rest, receive, and reconnect with yourself.

Happy birthday, my love @aglaartalidia 🤗💚. Watching you shine on the big screen, dance through traditional tunes of gamelan, and flow into new yoga poses has been such an inspiration. Life with you feels like an adventure with only one way forward: more core memories, more dreams, more purpose, together. ❤️ by @radityabeer
