Weightlifting sculpts the body. Yoga sculpts the soul. A true masterpiece trains both🫶

Probably best use of free will I had- blindfold yoga with headphones on. Definitely fell couple times but it was full immersion ✨💆‍♀️ by @raeeval

Funny how we’ll stress about work, money, relationships, goals-
until our body says “nah, I’m done.”
Then suddenly all that noise goes quiet.

Your health is the foundation.
Energy, focus, mood, confidence, even your creativity.
they all depend on how well you take care of the vessel carrying you through this life.

I’ve learned the hard way that no mindset hack or manifestation quote hits the same when you’re running on caffeine, four hours of sleep, and pure cortisol.

Take the walk. Eat real food. Breathe deeper. Move daily.
Because nothing matters more than feeling good in your body.

Your body is not a project to fix — it’s your home.
Treat it like it’s the most important place you’ll ever live.

Took me a long while to stop obsessing over the numbers or reflection in the mirror but I am finally arriving here🫶 by @raeeval

Mobility is that “boring” thing no one wants to work on… until you hit your mid/late 20s and suddenly your hips lock up from standing too fast or your shoulders ache from sitting funny for 10 minutes 😂

Reality check → training without mobility (yes, weightlifters I’m looking at you 👀) is a recipe for future problems. Most of you are probably already feeling it.

The best part? Once you add mobility into your routine you don’t just move better — your lifts, posture and overall strength skyrocket. Flexibility + mobility + muscle = bulletproof body. Look good and feel good.

So tell me.. did you nail this drill in one smooth go or did it humble you a little?

I know a lot of people say yoga is not about the inversions but I truly feel like if your body is capable of being in such shapes (given you have no medical conditions that would make it hard, painful or impossible) there should be a healthy desire to explore how truly strong and powerful your body can be- how connected to it and the present moment you have to be to actually hold the balance. It’s almost like you enter a different realm of yourself. by @raeeval

Move because you love your body, not because you hate it.
Exercise and nourish yourself as devotion, not punishment that’s where real change begins. by @raeeval

If there was one thing I wish I knew earlier was to actually mix the way I exercise. Training has such incredible benefit to us but losing balance and only using forms of exercise that activates our sympathetic (fight or flight) nervous system does throws us off balance eventually. Listening to your body cues and trying out different things instead of just believing social media telling you that you’re just “lazy” and “undisciplined”will be the most loving thing you can do for yourself.

Mix it up a little, make it fun again🫶 by @raeeval

This is by far my favourite move to release neck and shoulder tension in seconds. Save this stretch and use it anytime you feel stiff. 💆‍♀️✨
