I believe that wellness counselling should be a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgement, without having to have the right words, and without needing to have everything figured out.

I believe there is always room for growth, that healing can happen, that people can change, and that life can still hold so much beauty, even when it feels unfair.

Most importantly, I believe you don’t have to navigate the messy, beautiful, complicated parts of being human alone - and you most definitely don’t have to be at rock bottom to seek support.

If something here resonated with you, my door is open. 🤍

Send me a DM or email hello@raestudiowellness.com if you’d like to chat about working together.

inspired by the sun: warmth and consistency - rae wellness reflects the believe that growth happens naturally when we are given the right conditions to feel safe, supported, and aligned by @raestudiowellness

Sometimes, the things that shape our direction in life happen long before we understand what they mean.

When I was in high school, someone I loved was going through a really difficult time. I remember witnessing that experience and beginning to understand just how much it matters to have someone in your corner.

Someone who listens. Someone who makes space for what you’re going through. Someone who reminds you that you don’t have to figure everything out on your own.

I didn’t know it at the time, but that experience planted a seed.

Over the years, that seed grew into something much bigger: a desire to create a space where people feel heard, supported and able to navigate whatever life brings.

And eventually, that became Rae. 🦋🤍

Looking back, I think some of our biggest beginnings happen quietly.

A gentle reminder that not everything is yours to carry, fix or figure out.

We spend so much energy trying to control things that were never ours to control in the first place: other people’s opinions, how situations unfold, the timing of things, or what tomorrow might bring.

But there’s a lot of power in redirecting that energy towards what is within your control.

Your boundaries.
Your mindset.
Your choices.
Where you place your energy.
How you speak to yourself.
And how you choose to show up, even when things don’t go to plan.

You don’t have to have control over everything to feel more grounded in yourself.

Sometimes, the shift is simply learning where to let go and where to take ownership.

A little something to reflect on: Where are you spending energy trying to control the uncontrollable?

Save this as a reminder for the days you need it, or share it with someone who might need it too. 🤍 by @raestudiowellness

It’s okay not to be regulated 24/7.

You’re allowed to have hard days, feel uncomfortable emotions, question things, change your mind and not always know how to navigate what you’re feeling.

The work isn’t about getting everything right or staying calm through every situation. It’s about learning to trust yourself when things feel uncertain, to sit with discomfort without needing to fix it, and to recognise when you need support.

It’s knowing that you can have a hard day without losing all the progress you’ve made. That you can feel something deeply without letting it define you. And that you can always find your way back to yourself, even when life feels a little messy.

Growth isn’t about being regulated all the time. It’s about learning how to meet yourself wherever you are. 🤍

A little reminder to save for the days you need it. 🌟

There is a very personal reason why accessibility matters so much to me.

I’ve watched someone I love deeply navigate difficult seasons of life and, for a long time, struggle to access the support they needed.

It wasn’t simply about being ready to ask for help. Accessing that support came with its own challenges, including the financial side of things.

And it stayed with me.

When I began building Rae Studio Wellness, I knew I wanted to create something that felt approachable. A space where support was not just for the moments when life becomes unbearable, but also for the moments when you need a little help finding your way through it.

Because you don’t have to reach breaking point to deserve support. And getting help shouldn’t feel out of reach.

Rae is still growing, and so is the vision behind it. But accessibility will always be part of its foundation. 🧡

If this resonates with you, save this post or share it with someone who might need the reminder that support is available.

You don’t have to navigate everything alone. by @raestudiowellness

Support from a Specialist Wellness Counsellor (registered with the ASCHP & CCSA) & Coach by @raestudiowellness

I love the idea of telling people the good things you think about them.

If someone made your day, let them know.
If your friend looks beautiful, tell her.
If someone inspires you, send that message.
If you appreciate someone, say it out loud.

We often have so many lovely things to say about people but keep them to ourselves.

You never know what someone might be going through or how much your words could mean to them.

Don’t just think the kind thing. Say it.

You might be giving someone the little reminder they needed today. 🤍

Sometimes, a few words can shift the way you see things. 🤍

A reminder that you can be grateful for where you are and still want more. That healing doesn’t happen in a straight line. That you’re allowed to outgrow people, enjoy the ordinary days, and stop turning every part of your life into something to fix.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. Sometimes, it’s the smallest shifts in perspective that make the biggest difference.

Save this for a day when you need the reminder, or share it with someone who might need it too. 🌟
