Greetings friends! We’re excited to welcome chef @_fidelcf and the @corima.nyc team for a one-night only collaboration dinner on Thursday, June 25.

Born from Chef Fidel’s vision of a broader expression of Mexican cuisine in NYC, Corima draws inspiration from the diverse landscapes and traditions of Mexico through the lens of his border upbringing between Ciudad Juárez and El Paso.

As the summer season begins, we will explore the flavors and ingredients that inspire our kitchens. The evening will be complemented with wine pairings and drinks by @hugotogni and @sietemisterios

We look forward to seeing you! Bookings through the link in bio. by @rafacovarrubias
