Raheem Brizendine is a 6’3 guard looking for professional opportunities‼️

The skilled combo guard is a constant threat on offense, who can get downhill easily and also hit the outside shot. With a nice pull up jumper, Raheem is a versatile player who has no problem creating his own shot. The D2 guard played at Regis University, Southern Wesleyan University, and Central Christian College where he averaged 20 PPG while shooting over 50% from the field.

These past two seasons at the D2 level Raheem shot 40% 3PT!

Grateful for the Journey

Looking back on my basketball journey, the only thing I can do is thank God for bringing me this far. Despite the hate and negativity I’ve faced along the way, the Lord has given me the strength to persevere. I never gave up or felt sorry for myself when things got hard.

I am beyond grateful for my family and friends, who continuously reminded me that if God gave me this dream, I should keep chasing it until I can’t anymore. A special shoutout to Venton Wilder (@gbodhoopz) for not only being my trainer but also a true big brother and mentor throughout this process.

To all the young hoopers out there who may have been cut from a team or didn’t make the squad they wanted—this is not the end. Your circumstances do not define your reality. If you have a dream, chase it. Never let someone else’s opinion determine your destiny.

Remember, if you believe and have faith in God, you’re already halfway there.
