The only way out is "through"? Mindset, Entrepreneurship, Success quotes, Daily Grind, Hustle Mode by @rahini.socials
I'd been freelancing for a while now. Working. Delivering. Showing up. 2 years back, when I took this leap, everyone doubted me & straight up went 'She's going crazy' (which was true, I won't lie). My family, People around me, My friends with stable secure jobs with same question: "but what about stability?" on repeat shuffle mode. That part I expected. But that quiet fear of "am I actually making enough? is this sustainable? did I make the right call?" — it had an almost haunting way of creeping in on the quiet nights. What I didn't expect was how LOUDLY I doubted myself. Was this the same Rahini who once dared to take that leap just based on her 'god will bring food to my table if i deserve?' One night the anxiety about money got too loud to ignore. So instead of sitting with the spiral, I sat down and made a list. Every project, client, every rupee I had generated since I started. & I found my answer. I had exceeded my own expectations and crossed my six figures dream last September. A milestone I had set for myself. One I was so busy chasing that I didn't even notice when I crossed it. But here's the thing: Even after seeing that number, I still felt financially insecure. And that's when I realised something much deeper was going on. This insecurity wasn't about my income. It was older than that. It was inherited. Generations before us survived on scarcity. On fear of poverty, seperation, war, famines. On "don't take risks, just survive." They didn't have the tools to question it, name it, or heal it. They just carried it — and unknowingly passed it on to us. So when I chose to bet on myself — I wasn't just fighting the world's doubt. I was fighting a subconscious script written by 3 generations before me; about money, survival, and struggle that had been running in the background of my life for years without me even knowing it was there. The difference between our generation and theirs? We are aware of it. We have the tools to name it. To sit & gently, patiently reframe what money, security means to us. What it means to choose growth over fear. If you're building something & all the fear feels bigger, know that you're about to heal! ~Rahini B. by @rahini.socials
As a social media strategist who works with restaurants every day, I start every new client by auditing their feed over coffee... and these are the 6 red flags I spot almost every time that quietly hold back real growth 🚩🚩: 1. The feed feels inconsistent — like different people are posting (random fonts, filters, emoji styles). It confuses your brand vibe and makes people scroll past. 2. Ultra-polished perfection that looks like a stock ad — clean, but zero personality or hunger trigger. People don't feel the crave or connection. 3. Follower count looks good... but likes/comments/DMs are ghost town. It's vanity over real restaurant buzz. 4. Most posts are just promo after promo ('Combo deal!', '20% off!') — it's turning your page into a discount flyer, not a food craving place. 5. No real storytelling — missing chef moments, kitchen BTS, customer reactions, or drool-worthy food close-ups that stop the scroll and make stomachs growl. 6. Reels and Stories lack strategy — no trending hooks, no value saves, no 'must-try' urgency. Your budget ends up as pretty background noise instead of footfall drivers. If you're running a restaurant and nodding along... save this reel as a quick checklist for your next content brainstorm. Which one resonates most with your page right now? Drop the number below 👇 & I'd love to hear and share a tiny tip with you in the comments. the difference between me and another social media strategist would be none, just other than the grit, zidd (absolute persistence) & the gut feeling that I bring to the table when I start working with you. I don't see my client's business as just another business. It's also my problem to solve. It's also my challenge. It's not a 'above and beyond my pay grade' reply to my clients, not even when I was in a 9-5. I like these challenges, I like something that might not be directly related to social media services that I'm offering but helps better their business strategy. I've helped build multiple pitch decks, pitch strategies and buisness insider strategies like this, other than just helping with their social media growth. And I like to think that as my core difference 🤗 Not every social media strategist will be the same. Some will bring in skillsets, leads, revenues. Some will bring in hype, vibes and 'lezzz doo thiss' energy. Some will bring both :) you know who. And with that, a happy Dusshera and shubho bijoya doshomi to you all 🫂🎯 ~ yours Rahini B. 🐝 | building Her Storytelling Kanvass by @rahini.socials

Somewhere between “I need more clients.” “I need to make content for my own brand.” “I need to get better at what I do.” “I should probably be doing more.” …I sometimes forget the little girl who started all of this. This me who didn’t care about positioning, algorithms, personal branding, productivity or whether the work would “convert.” After about 2.5 years of my independent strategist journey, I think a big part of building a business is learning how to bring that girl back with you. Ambition and wanting more is great definitely, buttt.... I don’t want to become so good at building a business that I forget to actually be myself while building it. So here’s to keeping a little bit of the Monkey Rahini, the Bee Rahini, the wildly-curious Rahini alive through all the strategy, deadlines and “I need to post today” moments 🐝🥹 What part of your younger self do you hope you never lose? ~Rahini Bee 🐝 hustle mode, algorithm work, social media growth, organic growth, content strategy, curiosity, ambition, childlike attitude, freeplay by @rahini.socials
Negotiating your contracts cuz it's not just monthly content packages but your social media branding + pitch + content strategy across 3 platforms + reach + leads 🤷🏻 Need an overly ambitious social media manager for your brand? Event social media is so much more than “get some good shots and post them.” There’s the social team. The event coordination team. Set management. Production. PR. Photography. Talent. AV. And about 47 things happening at the same time. 😂 And somehow, all of that has to become one coherent story online. So no, I’m not chasing virality just for the sake of it. I’m thinking about what the event needs to communicate, what the audience needs to see, what moments are worth capturing, and how the story continues after the event is over. Because a good event’s social media success often might not be virality. It might simply be whether the event lived beyond the room it happened in. And THAT takes a system. Follow along for more thoughts on event social, content systems and a whole lot of backroom stuff that happens behind the feed.
