Thank you so much S&C coach for each and everything
You have done for me,
you haven’t only teach me how to lift weights ,you have teaching me how to be strong in my worst situation, when I got injured, I think everything is done. I couldn’t able to do training, but you never give up on me. You always taught me to be strong and tough to get best person ever.

From 15 kg bar to 80kg clean I did , in my life, I never thought that possible. You make me be this strong like a beast in every session
Without any track session , only gym and bike 🚴 you made me to run hurdles in 13ses on national competition, and i got qualified for Olympics 🥹
