Sneak peak into our TV debut thanks to KVUE’s 5 Who Care Award🌧️☺️ It will premiere on KVUE News on August 15th at 6:30 PM! by @rainbarrels4runoff

Exciting news 🥳 Rain Barrels for Runoff was recently honored to receive the KVUE 5 Who Care Award on June 11th. Kaitlyn, representing the group, received the honor for her work founding and leading the environmental art group since 2024. She was among four other honorees that night for their incredible volunteering efforts in Central Texas. Her segment will be on air August 15th starting at 6:30 PM🥳 This honor would not be possible without @nahs.cphs, @keeptxbeautiful, @austin_water, @kvuenews, and of course, all of the volunteers and community members who contributed to our work 💧Infinite thank you’s! So much more is to come this fall with *hint-hint* a possible rain cistern coming to Cedar Park High School!? Stay tuned!🌧️ by @rainbarrels4runoff

RIP to our rain barrel display at Randalls that lasted only a week due to logistical issues we didn’t have much control over. We’re thankful to the store director nonetheless though! We will hopefully have our display back up this coming fall, so stay tuned and keep bidding online!🌧️☺️ by @rainbarrels4runoff

Our rain barrel display has been up officially for 2.5 weeks at Sprouts Farmers Market, 1530 Cypress Creek Rd, Cedar Park, TX 78613! Over 16 youth artists contributed their 250+ volunteer hours painting these barrels from four schools across Central Texas. Each barrel have the capacity to retain 1,000 gal+ of storm runoff per year! Our barrels are up for selection auction with starting bids ranging $60-$75. All funds will go to @EcoRise to further youth environmental education 🌎🌱💧 by @rainbarrels4runoff

Part 24! Storm drain marking is the act of placing a marker above a storm drain to indicate that nothing but water should go down it as it leads directly into our creeks! Doing this is a great way to serve your community & its environment! 💧#environment #austin #water #sustainability #asmr #texas #nature by @rainbarrels4runoff
