I just learned about ✨glimmers✨(thanks Instagram!) and I can’t unhear what I just learned 🥰 Swipe ➡️ to see some of my favorite glimmer moments (you KNOW your girl loves getting lost in a hobby!) :)

Friendly reminder: I am not a medical expert, so if you are in true need of help, please consult an expert.

I will NEVER stop talking about how much I love the @sharkbeauty FlexStyle 🦈💖 I used the blow dryer nozzle and the auto-wrap curlers and styled with @johnfriedasalons gel at the ends.

Anyone else wake up with #ManicMonday vibes⁉️🥱⏰😵‍💫 I am NOT a natural #morningperson but I’ve gotten *pretty good* at pretending to be a morning person, by incorporating as many of these habits into my AM routine as possible for better AMs 🤗☀️✨

Any #morningroutine tips or habits not on this list? #working9to5 #amroutine #morningmotivation #sundayscaries #morninghabits #corporategirl #9to5 #morningvibes #morninginspiration by @raisingthesbarr

Another day, another Reel! Yesterday was the 3️⃣rd (!!!) rainy weekend in a row 🫠 and I do not do well in the rain ☔️

While I’d so much rather spend my Saturday afternoons outdoors in the sun, I’ve been making due by slowing down and indulging in another pastime: bubble baths and extra hot showers 🧖🏻‍♀️🫧 Here are two ways (under $20) that I have seriously elevated my bath & shower game:

◻️ Eucalyptus 🌿 | I low key LOVE buying eucalyptus at @traderjoes to elevate my shower game (I think it literally costs $5 🤯); eucalyptus is one of my favorite shower scents and the pop of green/nature in my monochromatic shower is a breath of fresh air, esp in NYC!

Don’t forget to roll a can, wine bottle or rolling pin over the bundle before hanging your eucalyptus in the shower; that + the shower steam will help release the oil, so you can fully enjoy the benefits (reduced inflammation, increased mood, boosted energy and an absolutely divine smell!).

◻️ @drteals bubble bath 🛁 | I impulse purchased this at @target a few weekends ago (obviously got the Eucalyptus and Spearmint scented bubble bath 😉) and it has been the best $7.50 I’ve spent all month. The bubbles are so foamy and luxurious (there’s nothing worse than bubbles from bubble baths that slowly fizzle out/deflate) and the epsom salt helps relax tense muscles (such a treat after a HIIT workout class!).

Does anyone else get a Vitamin D boost by looking at old summer pics, or is it just me? 😎#vitamind #summervibes #harwichport #capecod by @raisingthesbarr

In a period of growth right now 🌱 and my summertime adventures at the @tsnynewyork and The Climb by @mileycyrus are giving me all 👏🏼 the 👏🏼 feels 👏🏼 right now ✨🏔️🤸🏻‍♂️ I guess if all else fails, I have a fair shot at joining the circus as a trapeze artist? 🎪🤔 #theclimb #growth #personaldevelopment #trapeze #forgetfearworryaboutaddiction #trapezeschoolnewyork #pier40 #nyc by @raisingthesbarr

Hi friends!👋🏼 Here’s what you need to know about me and the vision that I have for this channel:

⏺️ I discovered NYC’s group fitness community in 2012, when I was a senior in college and I’ve been hooked ever since 💖 @305fitness was my first group fitness love and I’m currently obsessed with boxing, strength training and interval running at @doyourumble // @rumbleboxing_nyc 🥊👟 (ALWAYS down to try a new workout class!)

⏺️ I recently took my group fitness passion to the next level, by becoming a certified group fitness instructor through @afaa_certified / @nasm_fitness 🤓💪🏼 Shortly after earning my certification, I took a giant leap of faith and auditioned // was selected to participate in @solidcore ‘s coach-in-training program. It was one of the best experiences of my life and I am forever indebted to [solidcore] for taking a chance on me and letting me experience so many firsts (first time micing up 🎤, first time teaching class to real client, etc.)🥹

⏺️ I’m using this platform as a creative outlet 🎨 to build community, chase joy 👟✨ and manifest more new experiences and connections in health, wellness and fitness (the graphic copy is pulled straight from my 2024 vision board, which serves as my guiding light for the year 🔦)

Thanks for making it this far! 🫶🏼 Let’s stay in touch :) #health #wellness #fitness #groupfitness #nyc #nycgroupfitness by @raisingthesbarr

I moved to NYC in 2013 — fresh out of college — with zero friends in the city 🏙️. I was incredibly lucky to have discovered ((305)) Fitness, a high intensity dance cardio workout, which quickly became my home away from home 🏠. In addition to working out, I met some of my earliest friends in the city and continued to make meaningful friendships and work relationships throughout my 20s.

To this day, group fitness remains a constant in my life 💪🏼🥊👟 and continues to serve as my main source of community and togetherness in a city of over 8M. Group fitness has always been “my happy place” 🥰 where I can challenge myself, make mistakes, take up space, creatively express myself 🎨 and yes… chase joy 👟✨

Can anyone else relate? My Notes 📝 @worldspanyc | 📍Brooklyn, NY

I finally spent the day at World Spa and it did *not* disappoint!🧖🏻‍♀️ Each room transports you to a different part of the world 🌎 (Japan 🇯🇵, Morocco 🇲🇦, etc.), while indulging in spa amenities (hot tubs 🛁, cold plunge pools 🥶, wet💧and dry🌵saunas — there’s even a snow room! ❄️).

After you’ve indulged yourself with spa things, you can treat yourself to bevvies and eats (I had a blueberry smoothie🥤🫐 and truffle fries 🍟 b/c #balance) before taking the F train back to your final destination (the train stop is right outside the spa). All in all — a really solid day, especially if you want to escape the city and spend the day catching up with friends! #spa #spaday #treatyoself #wellness #selfcare #brooklyn #nyc #sauna #coldplunge by @raisingthesbarr
