💚 by @raizdoser

Parei de viajar e me dediquei a cultivar.. 📷 da minha mana e grande artista @helenapcooper #ginecologianatural #ginecologianaturalportugal #circulodemulheres #sagradofemenino #curadofemenino #jardimmedicinal #organico #permacultura #agrofloresta #permaculturaportugal #agroflorestaportugal #herbalismo #mulhermedicina #plantasmedicinais #saudedamulher #saberesancestrais #mulhercíclica by @raizdoser
Last September I stepped into a circle of women and said yes to something I had been quietly moving toward for a very long time. A Natural Gynaecology course, held by my dear sisterTerra, nine months of deep immersion into the wisdom of the female body, the plants that support it, and the ancient knowledge that has been carried, tended and sometimes nearly lost across generations of women healers. I want to take a moment to honour what this journey has been. Knowing that this was a transformation, within and without. Within, because there is no way to spend nine months studying the female body, the menstrual cycle, the womb, the hormones, the emotional and spiritual dimensions of feminine health, without it changing how you understand yourself. Every module was also a mirror. Every plant we studied, I felt. Every pattern we explored in the body, I recognised. This learning did not stay in my notebook. It went into my body, my practice, my life. Without, because the knowledge I now carry has fundamentally expanded what I am able to offer the women who come to me. The understanding of natural gynaecology, the menstrual cycle as a vital sign, the womb as an intelligent centre of wisdom, the profound relationship between the nervous system and the hormonal body, the plants that speak to each phase of the cycle with such specificity and such grace, this is knowledge that changes everything about how I hold a consultation, how I build a remedy, how I listen. I have been a herbalist for many years. But this course gave me a language and a depth and a confidence in the area of women’s health that I did not have before. And for that I am profoundly, quietly, genuinely grateful. To Terra, thank you for holding this space with such integrity, such knowledge and such love. To the women in my circle, thank you for walking with me. Carrying this with you all has been one of the great honours of this year. Thank you ♥️. Photos captured by @dar.foto.lab by @raizdoser

No físico desintoxica, fortalece o fígado e digestão.

Our medicinal herb garden, dedicated to women’s health, is our passion - a family project, rooted in Permaculture and agroforestry. We cultivate medicinal plants and craft products for women’s health, all made with love, dedication, and family teamwork! Everyone lends a hand, and together, we create... Our products are made solely from what we plant, so we have limited stock. We prioritize our students and clients, and when possible, make more available. This is a living, organic project, so we have different offerings throughout the year, just like nature. Currently, we have: - Herbal blends for teas, uterine steams, herbal baths, and foot soaks - 7 Tincture blends: perimenopause, PMS support, Feminine Strength, Boost immune system, calming down nervous system, increase viral energy - 13 Single-plant tinctures - Medicinal oils in blends and single-plant options We respect nature’s rhythms and breathe with her... We’re grateful to learn, regenerate, plant, nurture, harvest, and create medicine... @oficinaceleiro #permaculture #agroforestry #herbalmedicine #herbalism #naturalgynecology #sacredfemenine #naturephotography by @raizdoser

~ The Cyclical Women’s Journey ~ Through the lens of Natural Gynecology & Ancestral Wisdom 🌿🌹🌱🌻🍃 9 Month Online Course divided into 3 Modules Module 1: From the Autumn Equinox (22/09) to the Winter Solstice (21/12) When women come together and make space to hear the voice of nature, we remember things essential to the regeneration of the Earth... We remember who we are and why we are here… Pausing to breathe and check in, learning from the plants, making our own natural medicines, planting, and reading the signs of nature — these are all forms of activism. I believe that in these intense times we are living through, returning to ourselves and accessing the ancestral wisdom that lives within us — in our memory, blood, cells, and bones — is the only way forward. When women hold the wisdom and autonomy of their bodies and minds, that is a political act. If it resonates in you body & heart, write me and i will send you all the infos 🙌 Love & Gratitude 🙏 #women #womenempowerment #womencircle #herbalism #sacredfemenine #naturalgynecology #yoga #plantsmedicine #womb #gynecologicalhealth #onlinecourse #womenhealth #womenempowerment by @raizdoser
