Ramen Shu 📍Union City 🇯🇵If you’re in the mood for Japanese food, then be sure to visit @ramenshu in Union City. My foodie friends and I stopped by Ramen Shu, and we loved so many of the dishes we tried. I love the wide variety of dishes they offered, as each dish had such a distinct profile. They have amazing appetizers, entrees, desserts, and drinks. Here’s some of my favorite dishes: 🧄 Black garlic ramen 🍱 Unagi bento 🍗 Kaarage 🍟 Okonomi-style fries 🐙 Takoyaki 🍛 Deluxe Curry-- (it has fried oysters, chicken kaarage, and fried tempura) 🤤 The appetizers were so unique and delicious. The ramen was so deep in flavor, and it definitely hits the spot. The chashu was so thick and fatty-- can’t beat it. The unagi bento was delicately grilled to perfection, showcasing the perfect blend of smokey and sweet. The food came out super quick, and the portions were quite generous compared to their price. Our servers were all so attentive and made sure we enjoyed our food. We even got a chance to meet with the owner and take a couple sake shots with him. Overall, yummy food and fun ambience. Be sure to give this spot a try if you’re in the area. 🥂 Thank you @ramenshu for having us and the sweet hospitality.
