High frequency living can start with one clear bedtime cue: put your screens away an hour before bed. That small boundary gives your evening a quieter shape. Set your phone aside, let the scrolling wait, and make room to wind down. No elaborate routine required. Just one repeatable step that supports self-care and inner peace. We're sharing practical ways to bring high frequency living into daily life at Rasta Hippies. Try the screen-free hour tonight, and keep it simple. #HighFrequencyLiving #ScreenFreeHour #SelfCareHabits #InnerPeace https://blog.rastahippies.net/high-frequency-living-lifestyle-guide-2026 by @rastahippies1
Natural fabric bohemian style looks right at home in linen's easy wrinkles. A linen dress or pair of wide-leg pants doesn't need to stay crisp to look good. Those creases are part of linen's charm. After a cold wash, hang it to dry and let the fabric keep its relaxed feel. A little rumple, a lot of ease. That's one of our favorite things about natural-fiber boho clothing at Rasta Hippies: comfort can look wonderfully lived-in. #LinenStyle #BohoClothing #NaturalFibers #BohoFashion https://blog.rastahippies.net/natural-fabric-bohemian-clothing-options by @rastahippies1
To verify sustainable clothing, start with the certificate number on the tag or product page. No number? That's a red flag. A quick tag-check can save you from taking a logo at face value. Search the certifying body's official database and see whether the certificate holder matches the brand or manufacturer. Then check what the certificate actually covers. A real number can still sit beside an exaggerated claim, and a certificate applies to a defined scope, not automatically to every item a brand sells. Small detail, big difference. We think the number is the best place to start. #SustainableClothing #TextileCertification #ClothingLabels #SustainableFashion https://blog.rastahippies.net/how-to-verify-sustainable-clothing-certifications by @rastahippies1

Ethical clothing brands deserve a closer look at the product page, especially the material details. An "eco-friendly" label can sound reassuring, but it doesn't tell you what a garment is made from. Check the fabric information on the brand's site before buying, then look for named certifications, supplier details, and clear labor statements. Small details, big difference. And check the size chart too. Some brands stop at XL, or offer your size in only a few categories. Our guide shares what to check when shopping for ethical clothing that fits. #EthicalClothingBrands #PlusSizeFashion #SustainableFashion #FairTradeClothing https://blog.rastahippies.net/which-ethical-clothing-brands-fit-plus-sizes by @rastahippies1
Boho chic apparel feels cohesive when warm sand, terracotta, cream, and olive share the same outfit. Start with one shade as your base, then bring in the others through a dress, a layer, or an accessory. A little color harmony goes a long way. Keep the textures relaxed with crochet, lace, or embroidery, and let the palette do the tying-together. Easy, grounded, and still very you. #BohoChicApparel #BohoStyle #BohoOutfits #BohoFashion https://blog.rastahippies.net/how-to-style-boho-chic-apparel-self-love by @rastahippies1
A quick check for an ethical clothing brand: does the label name its factory? That small detail gives you somewhere concrete to start. A broad claim like "made ethically" leaves the people behind a garment out of view. A named factory lets you look for more information about the supply chain and ask better questions about how the clothes are made. No magic label-reading skills required. Just check the tag, then see whether the brand shows its work. That's one way we think about more thoughtful clothing choices at Rasta Hippies. Specific details matter. #EthicalClothingBrand #EthicalFashion #SupplyChainTransparency #ConsciousClothing https://blog.rastahippies.net/ethical-clothing-brand-7-signs-a-clothing-brand-is-truly-ethical by @rastahippies1
Recycled fabric can add extra steps to sustainable clothing before it becomes a garment. The material needs cleaning, sorting, and repurposing, and each step adds cost. That's a useful detail to check when comparing fabrics: recycled doesn't mean effortless to make. Small production runs can raise the cost per piece, too, since fixed costs are spread across fewer garments. Real work, before the sewing even starts. We think knowing what goes into a fabric makes price tags easier to understand. Inclusive sizing gets easier to check when you know where to look: Good On You labels brands offering 2XL, 3XL, 4XL and above. Handy directory check. Those labels give you a starting point, then check each brand's current size chart and product details before buying. Our team at Rasta Hippies believes honest sizing helps shoppers make better choices. Sizes vary by brand, so a clear chart matters. #InclusiveSizing #SizeInclusiveFashion #SustainableFashion #EthicalFashion https://blog.rastahippies.net/are-ethical-brands-for-inclusive-sizing-worth-it by @rastahippies1
Sustainable fashion tips beginners can try: build a capsule wardrobe around pieces that work together. For a cohesive flat lay, arrange a white tee, denim jeans, and a cream sweater on natural linen. Simple basics, plenty of outfit possibilities, and no big shopping spree required. Start with what you own, then fill gaps slowly. The article's guide estimates 1-2 months to build a capsule wardrobe at low to medium cost. A thoughtful wardrobe can grow at your pace, one useful piece at a time. #CapsuleWardrobe #SustainableFashion #BudgetFashion #EcoFriendlyStyle https://blog.rastahippies.net/sustainable-fashion-tips-beginners-budget by @rastahippies1
