What's your favorite rule?

Rule 1: Braking in a narrow track can put the rider at risk as there aren't so many available lines for each turn. It's better to focus on the next move

Rule 2: Having enough speed to get compressed on the wall means the g-force can make your head too heavy to be kept upright. Looking at the exit gives an intention on your direction and helps align the head with the body to avoid faceplants

Rule 3 : Speed should be sufficient to stick the rider to the wall in the turns. Going too slow means being in the transition part at the bottom of the track which can prove tricky or uncomfortable by @rasterockett

When the team decide to fly🫣

When the ride fairies take over the warm-up ! ✨

Downhill riders standard routine: closing leathers, tweaking trucks, pretending warm-ups don't exist.

Today's routine: full sync stretch led by the ride fairies 💅🔥

Never seen a crowd of speed junkies follow a warm-up this seriously. @frrr_lafeeduride really takes care of it's riders!

French TV making a portrait about an inline downhill rider is a rare event by itself. But when the tone is positive without any intention of making it look sensational or dangerous at our reputation's expense, it's a double win! If you've never tried this sport I highly recommend slowly getting into it. Feel free to reach out!

Does this make you want to try inline downhill?

A usual big shoutout to @frskates for their unconditional support

Which is faster, inline or ice skating?

It all started by racing on inline skates during summer on concrete, the race was called @betononfiresigulda so we have elements of comparison!

Throwback to the last time we raced together with inline downhill legend Christian Montavon (filming the action) in Sornetan. Narrow technical sections are the best!

Last bits of fine tuning before @wdschampionship in Türkiye are done. Can't wait to skate fast again!
