This impromptu decision to learn surfing has been an amazing experience.🏄🏻‍♂️ It’s never a dull moment when I’m in water. 🧜🏻‍♂️ Captured by @thiru.nk_ 📸 #surfing #adventuresports by @ravinrmenon
In the last 3 years, there has been a lot of changes but one thing that stayed consistent was my training. I’ve turned down many hangouts and nights of partying, to not miss training, which definitely was hard initially because I had no results and I enjoyed partying too. It was a tough commitment to myself but I’m grateful that I did. I still have a long way to go in terms of my dream physique and its capabilities. However as time progressed I’ve grown to love the process more than the outcome that is to say that l’m happier to be able to go to train everyday than having a body/lifting a big number. One thing this process has taught me is that this meat coat that we live in requires some form of movement. So, I would urge all of you to find your movement that motivates you. #fitnessjourney #movement #gratitude Have you found your movement? by @ravinrmenon

Soft launching my own workout tracker today. Built it because I was tired of apps that don’t actually know my training. Discord link in bio if you want in first. #workouttracker #strengthtraining #boxjumps by @ravinrmenon
