Creatine isn’t just for bodybuilders. 💪🏾🧠 It’s one of the most researched supplements in sports nutrition, and its benefits go beyond what many people realize. 💪 Supports muscle strength and power ⚡ Helps improve high-intensity exercise performance 🏋🏾 Supports muscle growth alongside resistance training 🧠 Emerging research suggests potential cognitive benefits And if you’re still on the fence about creatine… 😂 Don’t worry. I left it in the car for you. It’ll be there when you change your mind. Anyway, I’m off to get my workout in! 💪🏾 Train smarter. Fuel better. Stay Invincible. 👇 Are you already taking creatine, or do you still need convincing? #InvincibleSupps #CreatineMonohydrate #CreatineBenefits #StrengthTraining #SportsNutrition by @rayhillz
Most people know what creatine does. But do you know how it’s made—and what’s in the creatine you’re taking? 👀 Creatine monohydrate is commonly made by combining two starting materials under controlled conditions: 🧪 Sodium sarcosinate: A compound related to sarcosine, which is derived from the amino acid glycine. 🧪 Cyanamide: A nitrogen-containing compound used as a starting material in the chemical reaction that forms creatine. Once the reaction takes place, the creatine is purified, crystallized, and dried into the powder you find in a supplement tub. As a strength coach and founder, I believe what you put in your body matters. That’s why transparency and testing are important to us at Invincible Supplements. 💪🏾 Our creatine tested at 100% purity and was also tested for heavy metals and microbes. We make the testing results available on our website so you can see them for yourself. 🔬 No guesswork. Just a commitment to quality and transparency. Check out the results at invinciblesupps.com. Strength without compromise. ⚡️ #InvincibleSupplements #CreatineMonohydrate #Creatine #SupplementTransparency #ThirdPartyTested by @rayhillz
Basketball has been a huge part of my journey, so seeing something I built become part of someone else’s game means a lot. 🏀💪🏾 Had to share this one—the finish is crazy 😂🔥 @smooveukraine @invinciblesupps #StayInvincible by @rayhillz
I didn’t build Invincible around a lifestyle I wanted to sell. I built it around a lifestyle I’ve actually lived. Athlete. Coach. Founder. Training has been part of my life for years, and when I started Invincible Supplements, I wanted to create products I would genuinely use myself. HydraStrength is one of them. 5g of creatine + electrolytes in one stick that goes wherever I go. 💧💪🏾 Still training. Still building. Still putting in the work. This is Invincible. Stay Invincible. ⚡️ @invinciblesupps #StayInvincible #InvincibleSupplements #HydraStrength #FounderJourney #EntrepreneurLife by @rayhillz
