My journey as a barber started with a simple passion. From my first pair of clippers to the thriving business I’ve built today, every step has been fueled by a deep commitment to perfecting my craft .
As I look to the future, I’m driven by the idea that there’s always more to achieve. My journey is far from over, and I’m excited for the chapters yet to come.

Graduation
A few key factors that influence your final result:

1. Overdirection – builds weight.
2. Elevation – removes weight.
3. Head shape – understand where the head starts to round and where it becomes flat.
4. Section placement – every angle between 0° and 90° changes the result.
5. Finger position – controls the distribution and placement of weight.

The key is understanding how these elements work together.

Don’t just follow a guide. Understand the graduation.

Been a little quiet on here lately.

Life’s been busy in different ways.

A lot happening behind the scenes,
a few new chapters already in motion.

There’s not much left of the year, but there’s still a lot to unfold. by @razvan.strimbu

Styling cream has become a staple behind the chair — especially for effortless, slick-back styles.

Using @dapperdanbrand Styling Cream for that natural slick back with a clean taper.👌 by @razvan.strimbu

One day. One-to-one. Focused on progress. ✂️

@misterraul came in for a day of 1:1 advanced education, where we focused on the details that make the difference between a good haircut and a better one.

No generic approach. No one-size-fits-all techniques. Just a day built around his needs, identifying areas for improvement and working on them with a clear purpose.

Because real progress starts when you understand what needs to change — and know exactly how to work on it.

Always room to refine. Always room to grow. by @razvan.strimbu

Salon International 2026 by @razvan.strimbu

Tapered up. Textured out.

Nothing too serious.

@dapperdanbrand Matte Clay to lock in the texture with a clean matte finish.

The Brush Back — 2026.

The brush back has evolved with every era, and 2026 is all about keeping the classic shape while giving it a much more modern finish.

To achieve the look, I’ve used @dapperdanbrand Matte Clay as a pre-style to create control, structure and a flawless foundation. Finished with a touch of Dapper Dan Texture Powder to add volume, movement and that effortless texture.

A classic style, brought up to date.

In the salon, efficiency is everything. It’s not just about working faster — it’s about working smarter, staying organised, and making every movement count.

A smooth daily routine means better time management, consistent results, happier clients, and a more productive day behind the chair. When your tools, techniques, and workflow are on point, you can give every client the attention and quality they deserve. by @razvan.strimbu
