EONS Label founder Northern Cold is back with a remix EP for his track ‘Fortress’. Originally released in January 2026, the hard trance single ‘Fortress’ quickly captured the attention of label friends RE:SCAPEZ, who felt inspired to remix it. Additionally, EONS enlisted KRØK and Arah to provide remixes and turn the remix project into an official release. There is plenty of variety to be found on this one. Arah’s remix delivers his signature dark melodic schranz styling, hard-hitting percussion, and haunting atmosphere. RE:SCAPEZ takes a dark and bouncy hard trance approach, but keeps it hypnotic with a slow-burning progression. For the closing track, KRØK delivers a dark and sinister hardcore/bochka flip, clocking in at 170 bpm.

A little more about the artist:

RE:SCAPEZ is a shadowy producer and DJ duo from Nuremberg, Germany, quietly emerging from the underground while almost nobody knows their name yet. Their sound fuses hypnotic techno grooves with dense, cinematic atmospheres, like a late-night drive under a full moon where every kick drum feels like a heartbeat in the dark. RE:SCAPEZ craft sets as a passion for music rather than performances, building tension in long, deep phases before releasing it in raw, euphoric peaks. This is only the first glimpse of a project that intends not just to fill dancefloors, but to re-shape them.
