If you only look at instagram, you’d think real estate is just smooth closings and aesthetic houses.
in reality, it’s sweating over a lockbox while a family watches in silence and praying you don’t botch the parallel park.
gotta laugh at it. which slide hurt the most to read?

They say “buy the cheapest house you can afford”… but that can backfire 👀

A home that looks like a deal can end up costing way more in repairs.
Focus on the numbers not just the price tag. 💸

Think you need 20% down to buy a home? ❌

Most buyers actually put down way less — some even qualify for 3.5% or 0% down programs.

Don’t let myths hold you back from homeownership. 🏡

DM me “DOWN PAYMENT” and I’ll send you a quick guide on your options.

3 mistakes that cost first-time buyers the most money 💸
1️⃣ Skipping pre-approval
2️⃣ Underestimating closing costs
3️⃣ Falling for the first house you see.
