63. Down 37 lbs.

No magic pill. No shortcuts. Faith, discipline, and showing up every day.

Don’t take my word for it. Swipe and hear it from the men and women who did the work: Steve, Bryan, Esh, Jordan, Laura and Coach Oliver.

It’s not your age, brother. It’s your plan.

26 years of marriage today wow wow wow what a legacy and we’re just getting started.
Michele, you’ve stood beside me through every season. The good ones, and the ones that almost broke us. You’re my partner and my queen, and I’d choose you all over again.
I love you so much xoxoxo by @realandrews

Five-year waiting list. Then a 200-person waiting list. Nobody plans for dementia. If you’re caring for a parent right now, you’re not alone. Lean on God, love them today, and keep knocking on doors. Faith. Discipline. Action. by @realandrews

I don’t make excuses. I don’t take them not even good ones not even justified. Your excuses are killing you by @realandrews

Champion, my house was too quiet last night.
My queen crunches on these mints, and it drives me crazy. Last night I would’ve given anything to hear it.
I’ve been alone plenty of times. This one hit different. Getting old is real.
The little things that annoy you about your wife are the things you’ll miss most. Thank God for the crunch tonight.

Champion, I sat in this car and asked myself a question I didn’t want to answer.
My wife is there for her parents in their final days. Will my kids be there for me?
More and more men are growing old and dying alone. The man you’ll need at the end, you have to become now.
Call your kids today. Just show up.
“Cast me not off in the time of old age; forsake me not when my strength faileth.” (Psalm 71:9)

I just dropped my wife off at the airport, and it took me right back.
The first time I ever dropped her off, I called and offered her $5,000 to turn around and come home. 26 years later, it’s the same feeling, but deeper. She’s part of me now. Next to God, she’s my number one ministry.
“The two shall become one.” (Mark 10:8)
Champion, love her on purpose. 🙏

Men over 50: the hardest part of the workout is the parking lot.
45 years of training, and that voice still tells me to turn the car around almost every morning. I don’t wait to feel like it. I decide, and I walk in. Twenty minutes counts. Ten minutes counts. Showing up counts.
Where do you fight that voice, Champion: the alarm clock or the parking lot? Tell me below. 👇
