Remember when I said I just went to inspect my dream house? This is it! 😍

A fully renovated beachfront estate on Natai Beach, with 30m of direct beach access plus extra private sand thanks to the natural lay of the land.

The main house has soaring ceilings, huge windows, and an open-plan living space that flows straight out to the pool and sea. Four sea-facing bedroom suites upstairs, plus a private two-bedroom annex out back and a staff unit that can flex into a 5th (or 7th!) bedroom.

Outside is the real showstopper… a 17.5m pool, wraparound veranda, big sound system, and lawns big enough for 300 guests. There’s also a gym, steam room, massage sala, and BBQ area, all just steps from the beach.

Everything’s been renovated top to bottom, so it’s genuinely move-in ready.

Just 20 minutes from Phuket airport, freehold Chanote title, with a company structure already set up for foreign buyers.

God will never entrust you with more, if you are incapable of stewarding the little you already have.

The principles are simple:

1) want more impact? Take care of the people already in your circles.

2) want a bigger business? Learn to multiply what you already have

3) want more resources? Be responsible for even a little

Ok I need to talk about this one. 🔥

This villa was originally on the market for 99 million baht. The owner has now relocated permanently to Europe and isn’t coming back to Thailand…so it’s been repriced to sell at 59 million. That’s about £1.3 million.

For context, £1.3 million buys you a two-bedroom flat in London. Here? You’re getting 5 bedrooms, two private pools, and panoramic sunset views over the hills of Surin.

I’ll be honest… if I had 1.3 million sitting around, I’d have bought this one myself already 🙈

Ok, this one might be my favourite find yet. 🌴

What actually gets me about this villa is the space around it. You’re surrounded by jungle…proper jungle, not a strip of landscaping and honestly, that’s getting harder and harder to find in this part of Phuket.

Most of the prime spots are built up wall to wall these days.

But here’s the thing - you’re still not far from anything. International schools, some of the best restaurants on the island, an incredible beach, top hospitals... it’s all close by.

You just wouldn’t know it sitting by your own pool, looking out over the bay, hearing nothing but the trees.
There’s also room to extend and build more if you wanted to.

This one’s for the people who want it all — real convenience, but still coming home to their own private world.

I’ve been thinking about this a lot recently.

Have you ever met those people who just seem to carry favour wherever they go?

Not perfect people... but people whose lives just seem to flourish.

Their relationships are healthy.
Their business grows.
Opportunities seem to find them.

For a long time I wondered what it was.
One thing I’ve noticed keeps coming up.

They’re generous.

And the more I read the Bible, the more I realise that generosity isn’t just about giving... it’s actually an expression of what you believe.

Because when you really believe that God is your provider, you don’t have to hold onto everything so tightly.

You trust that what leaves your hand isn’t the end of your supply.

I don’t think generous people give because they’re trying to become blessed.

I think they give because they already believe they are. by @realdansrose

Modern society is NOT designed for people to truly flourish.

It’s designed to entrap into a funnel of some sort as quickly as possible, overloading you with responsibilities so that often, the only way you can keep up, is to keep running.

The art of innovation, creativity and pioneering happens when you let yourself walk along the path less trodden.

It’s the wildnerness… and it’s both magical and scary, but it’s the one place where you’ll discovery what you’re truly made of. by @realdansrose

The best asset to get your hands on right now is land.

Soft launch of @dansroserealestate 😍 - a boutique real estate experience designed for those who value beauty, precision, and peace of mind.

We specialise in sourcing exceptional land at the best possible prices, and transforming it into refined, private paradise homes.

Our ethos is simple: we would never sell anything we wouldn’t invest in ourselves.

That’s why we don’t operate at mass volume.

We work with a select black book of clients who prioritise quality, and trust - people who can step away for 12 months and return to a completed villa, finished to perfection.

This isn’t a “construction business”. This is about crafting your own piece of paradise in Thailand.
