Another catering gig knocked out and it almost took me out, lol 😮‍💨 I even had to FaceTime to get my grandbaby fix and see pictures, cause Grandma been busy!

Date night with the hubby and the girls at the haunted house was so much fun!

Sunday breakfast for my man: rice paper bagel, 10/10 Then I whipped up dinner: Caribbean jerk salmon, peas and rice, and Parmesan asparagus. And of course I watched my Chiefs!

Now it’s back to Monday and another work week. Small catering Friday, more proposals to send out, and still other business to work. Whew!

Let’s go, 4th quarter!

This season has been full: family, catering for my clients, and restructuring and revamping an existing business. It has stretched me, and I’m tired, but I’m confident I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.

I’m finishing Q4 strong and preparing for 2027. I’ve also started a new tax course with @iambillionairebarbie to sharpen my financial knowledge, all while keeping my corporate career and showing up as a mother and grandmother.

Grateful for the journey, and excited to share more soon.

Whew, I've been booked, busy, overwhelmed, stressed, and blessed! 🙏🏾 Things have been moving, and the Big Guy is watching over your girl!

Meal prep menus are on the way, and I've been doing private meals for family settings too. I'm tired, boss, but I'm preparing what's next for me and mine.

Have a productive week, and let's get to the bag, because yesterday's price is not today's price (gas, groceries 😩). Bye! 😘

Happy Birthday to my daughter — the finest thing I ever made.. You came out flawless, and years later you upgraded me to Grandma with the cutest baby boy in the city. Coincidence? I think not. Watching you become the mother you are today has me over here glowing (proud AND a little emotional, don’t judge me). Now go enjoy your day, sip something a little fancy, and turn all the way up — Mama’s got the baby, the diaper bag, and zero complaints. 🥂👑

I love you beyond measure. @tatimarie__

Booked and busy, but the kitchen is always where the heart is!
Whether it’s a fully loaded seafood & wing boil, stuffed oysters with shrimp, sausage and peppers with crab meat, or a perfect cowboy steak with asparagus. I’m keeping the family fed and happy. I also whipped up some classic comfort food for aunt & uncle while they were under the weather I smothered chicken with mashed potatoes and corn.
Shoutout to my daughter for that #viral collard greens and mixed beans soup—she definitely gets it from her mama! Had the hubby grab some spicy @ChurchesChicken to pair with homemade honey butter cornbread.
We eat good over here, and my customers know it too! I love feeding everyone.

Still buzzing from such a beautiful event! 🌸 Huge shoutout to my sister Shonta for her months of hard work raising awareness for preeclampsia for my niece and nephew. Love you, Shonta! ❤️ #PreeclampsiaAwareness #SisterLove #FamilySupport @shontaloveable.com_ @Shonyshon by @reallyquita

Long story short Cheesecake Factory is still Cheesecake Factory! Drinks 10/10, appetizers 3/10 cheeseburger egg rolls meat wasn’t completely cooked, viral Cajun salmon 7/10 needed more seasoning but the corn and loaded mashed potatoes 10/10, Key lime and mango cheesecake 10/10. A date with my baby girl and grandkids 100/100 best date with my love bugs. #viral #cheesecakefactory #cheesecake #sharedmoments #mom by @reallyquita
