I bought a 3D printed anvil from @derekmelton and it came with a free Railroad Spike Twisting Tool! Can't wait to put it to use! (The tool, not the anvil 🤣) .. On a serious note, I've been following Derek for a long time now. We've had many conversations through DMs over the years, (mostly me replying to his stories and going down rabbit holes). He inspires so many. With the available funds I do have, I do my best to support my friends. If you're looking for top tier, quality tools (and content), I humbly suggest you follow and check out Derek Melton. You will not be disappointed! by @reapermfg
Came out pretty clean! Real straight forward install. Disregard the rotors. 😅 by @reapermfg
Today's mission: fairing install. by @reapermfg
Thinking about making another run of Mjölnir keychains (as if I don't have enough going on already). .. Throwing around the idea of copper, brass, or multi-material versions. Just depends on time/cost. .. If you've read this far, drop me a hammer emoji and let me know if you'd snag a brass, copper, OG mild steel or a mixed material version. by @reapermfg
New plate came in, explanation below: .. For those that don't know, this is from Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. "Fus Ro Dah" is the first dragon shout learned in the game, which translates to "Force, Balance, Push." It is commonly known as "Unrelenting Force." I felt it was fitting for a motorcycle. .. TL;DR: From Skyrim, Unrelenting Force shout. by @reapermfg
Targeted audience check, plus story time! (Guess the license plate meaning 🤣). .. I've been absent from my shop for about 3 weeks. During that time, I've been working extra hours at my day job. In the ever so slight available time that I have, I've been spending time with my family, and doing small projects. .. Some of you may remember that I built a motorcycle from the bare frame a few years ago. Minor maintenance and electrical work last weekend has made it to where I can start riding again. A new battery is showing up today, and I'll be all set. Now, on to the story: .. I moved back to AZ a little over a year ago. When I did, I registered my vehicles here, and got a horrible generic plate for the aforementioned motorcycle. Some of you may not know this, but I am also a huge gamer. 😅 .. The license plate pictured above that I ordered is from a video game that I have logged more hours on than I'm ready to admit. .. This is just a check to see who else knows the game, and what the meaning is. .. I'm still checking in and liking post across social media platforms. You guys keep up the amazing work, while I try to get back to regular posting soon. Until next time! 🫡 by @reapermfg
Here’s a look at all of the components that squeeze into the bottom drawer of the @harborfreight mini toolbox stereo. This rechargeable battery lasts a long time! I took it to work with me this week. On a full charge, it went five 11 hour shifts and still has plenty of battery left. I’ll be doing a full write up soon to post to my website, complete with wiring diagram and parts list. by @reapermfg
Sound test on the new mini toolbox system courtesy of @kublaikhantx! by @reapermfg
This was a fun project. I took a @harborfreight mini toolbox and installed a pair of speakers, a bluetooth amp, and a rechargeable battery. Now I have a portable audio system for the shop, or wherever I want to take it. Thank you to @derekmelton for sharing your info on these components that lead me to building this! by @reapermfg
Fundraiser drawing results. I want to thank everyone that participated. We couldn’t have done this without you. Congratulations Krystal and Sue! by @reapermfg
