๐Ÿ’šElphaba Return ๐Ÿ’š โœจ18 months laterโœจ They say you never really leave Oz and I guess they REALLY were right ๐Ÿฅฐ I havenโ€™t had the privilege of playing Elphaba at Wicked for 18 months, and after so long I hadnโ€™t fully realised how much Iโ€™d missed it. Getting to do two shows in one day and fall in love with the role all over again was so special ๐Ÿ’š I have to say, one of the things that made it so wonderful was how talented and kind this years new cast are. Theyโ€™re all so supportive and endlessly caring and hard working. You can literally feel the energy and excitement from each and every cast member on and off stage. This is the cast to watch. Iโ€™ve never felt safer or more appreciated in a company than I did on Saturday. And thank you so much Lucy St. Louis who is just astonishing ๐Ÿ’› the most beautiful person on and off stage. I came into the theatre early for fittings and quickly run through some scenes and immediately felt safe with her. Her Glinda is just so stunning. Lucyโ€™s voice and acting make her the most special Glinda Iโ€™ve ever had the joy of working with and I couldnโ€™t have asked for a more perfect person to come back to Oz with ๐Ÿ’› Until the next time Elphie, I hope it wonโ€™t be too long ๐Ÿ’š #wicked #wickedthemusical #westend #musical #Elphaba #Glinda #dream #london #defyinggravity #hardwork #amazing #bestoftheday #happiness #instagram #instalove #instalike #goals #gorgeous #witch #fff #return #theatre #dress #understudy #actor #magic #blessed #follow #broadway #rebeccagilliland by @rebeccagilli
This is my girlfriend, and I want to scream quite loudly to everyone about her for a minute ๐Ÿ’›โœจ This woman is incredible, gorgeous, a rockstar, unbelievably smart and not enough people understand how hard she works or how talented she is - and sheโ€™ll hate me yelling about it, but fuck it โœจ I spent quite a long time in a place where I was truly miserable. Iโ€™d convinced myself that the constant unhappiness I was living in was all I was going to get in life, and I just should stick it out and โ€œbe happyโ€ - and it meant I didnโ€™t really want to talk to anyone anymore, or do anything, and my life kind of started dissolving. But then I met Maya, and she turned my life on its head in the best way possible & FULLY blindsided me when it turned out that the person Iโ€™d fallen in love with, loved me too. Sheโ€™s wonderful, bonkers, the biggest nerd, hot as helllll, animals LOVE her, I love her ๐Ÿ’› and itโ€™s amazing seeing how different life is compared to this time a year ago. (Donโ€™t get me wrong, we also drive eachother up the bastard wall on the regular๐Ÿ˜‚) but thanks to Maya Iโ€™m happy again, and I canโ€™t wait to keep being happy together for a very long time ๐Ÿ’› xxxx #girlfriend #tallandsmall #happy #love by @rebeccagilli
