Sport-led Retreats Around the Globe for Reckless beings!
🏃🆕 Borneo | Jun 19 - 24 | Trail Running

POSTS STORIES REELS

Led by Kieren D’Souza - one of India’s top ultra runners and trail runners. This week is built around improving on trails. A structured plan before. Guided sessions in Borneo. Learning how to move, adapt, and hold form when the terrain gets unpredictable. 🏃👟💨

We’re running in a 140-million-year-old rainforest - older than the Amazon, at the base of Mount Kinabalu, Southeast Asia’s highest peak. The same island that hosts some of the toughest mountain races in the world. 🤯⛰️

Small crew of runners, who want to go beyond the road!

Borneo doesn’t give you clean splits. It gives you roots, humidity, climbs that don’t announce themselves and killer views. ⛰️👟

We’ll be hitting:
— Silau Silau Trail: flowing forest paths
— Mempening Trail: dense, uneven, constantly shifting
— Maragang Hill: steep jungle climbs, rope sections
— Sosodikon Hill: exposed ridgelines, sharp ascents
— Power Station Route: longer stretches, raw terrain

Small crew. Guided sessions.

If this feels like your kind of running — you’re probably ready. by @recklessscollective

Lace up. Hit the Ground. The days are built on physical efforts, slow afternoons and deeper evenings. The week where skills grow, stories flow, friendship form.

We’ll be making the most of every mile and minute. This week is an exploration of not just the place, but of the mind too. ⛰️✨ by @recklessscollective

The best partnerships aren’t built around transactions.
They’re built around shared obsession. Ours just happens to be adventure. ⛰️

This June, we’re taking a small crew of endurance athletes into the ancient rainforests of Borneo for Trail running 🏃‍♀️💨 by @recklessscollective

Sole meets trail.⚡️

We’re so excited to try our @canyonsandals in Borneo terrains. Some gear gets out of the way and lets you feel the ground beneath you. This is that. 👣🌿

Canyon are India’s first barefoot sandal, handcrafted and tested in Sahyadri trails, and built with the belief that moving naturally is moving better #barefoot #canyonsandal by @recklessscollective

Some collabs make sense on paper. This one makes sense in the bones. Welcome to the team, @niceguyscoffee.in 🔥🏃

Before the miles. Before the trail. Before the sun comes up over Borneo. It’s just the crew and their cup ☕️

Reckless Collective got featured in print for building something we’ve believed for a while: endurance travel can be more than races, itineraries, or surface-level adventure. 🔥

We’re rethinking what sport-led experiences can look like — where running, trail, and challenge become a medium for deeper community, sharper discovery, and rare rooms full of people who actually want to push further.

This isn’t tourism.

It’s a new blueprint for how endurance sports, travel, and intentional community can collide.

Grateful to see the idea resonate.

We are running people. And always have been.

Not for medals. Not for metrics.

For distance. For terrain. For going until the mind gets quiet.
McDougall figured it out in a canyon in Mexico, watching a tribe run hundreds of miles, barefoot, laughing.

These words hit home! by @recklessscollective

My ski journey:

From getting wrecked at 50 km/hr…
…to owning the same spot on the slope.

Hardest sport I’ve ever tried — and worth every fall.

the vibe loading… ❄️💥🤙🏻🚀😍
think: powder runs, baby wipeouts, ski after-parties, snow-covered rooftops, and Almaty glowing like a movie scene 🏂⛷️🔥

we can't wait to fail → fall → slide → repeat ❤️‍🔥

Meet the gang that casually said “ya sure let’s snowboard in Kazakhstan” ❄️🏂

They have no idea these 6 days are about to test their limb coordination and change their brain chemistry 🥲🤙🏼💥

White Almaty and mighty Tian Shan are waiting! If you’re feeling that soft FOMO… trust it.

Check out the link in the bio ❤️‍🔥
