Actually did a little shopping and trading at @littlefriendpvd - your gentle reminder that this show is not just racks. Well done and very large format 40s era studio nude oil on canvas that somehow made it thru the 1st day - we’ll of course stretch and frame - stunning set of early Diné coin silver bench beads - appreciate you @rustedanchorantiques
.
No posture, pretence, or bullshit. The kindest vendors and shoppers - culture built by the incredible folks at @ampersandcreativecompany - thanks Robin & BJ!

When the applications drop for March, join us! Absolutely bring a rack but bring your other gear too! Bring your smalls, bring your objects, bring your good art, bring it! Diverse offerings bring in diverse buyers and new buyers and fresh money into the market!
.
If you didn’t do everything you wanted to do at this show start by looking inward instead of pointing outward.

Two fantastic works just in from a very special RI artist Robert Rossi aka Rossi d’ Rossi. Prolific body of work almost exclusively oil on canvas ranging from “fine art” to more loose composition, abstract, and surreal.
.
The artist wasn’t in the habit of selling pieces, rather giving pieces away to friends, donating to local thrifts, or the thousands he destroyed himself. Rarely stretched or framed, when they pop up, this is how they’re found.
.
Of course we’ll stretch, frame, and hang on the gallery walls at the 50 Sims studio until they don’t. The 2nd under will be stretched, framed, and offered first at @littlecitythrifty in a few short weeks.
.
Very fun stuff out of a local estate, much more to come, stay close.
