Caught a glimpse of heaven this morning 🚣‍♂️ by @reddenrwood

Haaaaaave you seen my favorite part of delivering wedding photos? These hand-curated print keepsake boxes: complete with dried flowers (I try to snag some flowers from your wedding to dry and include in your box), some sweet flavored sugar cubes, prints of all my favorite shots, and a cutesie little USB that matches this gorgeous glass box. This past year I collaborated with @madelinerosedesigns and she sketched these INCREDIBLE portraits of all of my couples to include in their box. My love language is gift giving and I don’t think there’s anything I delight in more than being able to give back a tangible representation of your wedding day, while including the sweetest details from small businesses, and other artists in Denver. Here’s to holding your wedding photos in your hands 👌🏼✨🌼 by @reddenrwood

There are not enough words for this wonderful weekend! We started getting ready at their parents home in Madison, where gabbys mom was literally finishing (two!!) handmade wedding dresses, crafted from her own wedding dress- that she happened to get married in at the same spot, just across the lake.

After a lot of hustle and bustle, we drove an hour out to Hilltop. It’s this huge property of rolling hills, with the most gorgeous tree at the top of the property, where these two exchanged vows in front of all their favorite people. I actually had the very same type of tree in my front yard growing up, it flowers with green petals and these beautiful draping vines!

With every changing event, we worked our way down the hill. From cocktail hour on a veranda, dinner under a tent dressed with greenery and lanterns, all the way down to a surprise disco band [not pictured] to finish out the night.

I may or may not have stayed three hours after my time ended and got down with a very convincing Elton John.

This wedding was such a joy and a privilege to capture, and I can’t say “wow” enough times. From the amazing florals by @daffodilparker, to the hand-drawn invites by gabbys brother. Thank you to everyone for making it a weekend to remember! by @reddenrwood

Some of my favorite shots from San Diego last week. I mean… a mural with dogs and cats perched in windows? Yeah, we’re getting a picture in front of that 👰🏻‍♀️🐱🐶🤵🏼 by @reddenrwood

It’s that time of year again, where all my fall clients are sending their invitations out!! I love getting to see what everyone comes up with, and how they’ve tied their own story and style into their day.

One of my favorite invitation suites of all time was a spread my dear friend @charlottewhalmo hand painted with watercolors for my client. She painted, in her own style, the church where the ceremony was held, the monogram/sigil at the top of the invitations, menus and programs, complete with oyster details and a cute blue snapshot of the reception hall.

Every time I see that cute watercolor church envelope it makes me smile! I love seeing what brides and their friends dream up, and I can’t wait to see what’s in store for this year 💙 by @reddenrwood
