It's been 3 weeks since the @redefine_fitltd Fall Showcase, but I didn't wanna miss posting my first pole solo performance. 🔥 I was so worried of creating an amazing choreo, that would transmit my feelings towards this song and my pole journey, and at the same time having time to focus on my daily tasks. I think I managed well. Of course there are some details I'd like to improve for future performances, but it's all about practice and learning on the process! What I liked the most was that I was able to be in the present and that I danced for fun, not to be perfect, and that is a huge accomplishment for me. ❤️‍🩹 Thank you @08jojo for organizing these events where we can share our creations with pole colleagues, family, and friends. ❤️ And thank you to all my amazing instructors, for being patient and putting so much passion on your teaching. Most of the pieces of my choreo are inspired in your lessons ✨️ 🎵: Aerials - @systemofadown 📸: amorcito @marcoo_gallegos gracias por apoyarme en todo, te amo 😘❤️ #poleperformance #poledancetoronto #polejourney by @redefine_fitltd

We're so excited to share our upcoming 6 week series with @physiofei ** Link in bio Physio’s Guide to Cocoon & Eagle • Dates: Fridays (Nov 6/13/20/27 Dec 4/11) • Time: 7:20PM-8:20PM • Studio: Danforth • Series Details ✨ 6-week progressive series 💲 $165 + HST for all 6 weeks 💲 Drop-in (space permitting): $35 + HST per class Ever wondered what your body actually needs to make Cocoon and Eagle feel stronger, more comfortable, and more accessible? Join Physio Fei for a physio informed 6 week pole class series that breaks down these beautiful but demanding shapes from the inside out. We’ll explore the mobility, strength, active flexibility, body awareness, and positioning that contribute to each trick and, just as importantly, how to recognize when your body may need a different approach. You’ll work through targeted assessments, warm-ups, activation exercises, progressions, and technique drills designed to help you understand what might be limiting your shape and what you can work on to improve it. Expect plenty of hands-on learning, practical exercises, and modifications so you can take what you learn into your own training. • Understand the physical demands of Cocoon & Eagle • Identify mobility and strength limitations • Explore targeted activation and preparation exercises • Work on technique, positioning, and control • Learn progressions and modifications • Take home exercises you can incorporate into your regular training Pre-Requisite: Hips flexibility: Ideally, participants should have a front split or less than 4 inches from the ground, Back flexibility: bridge with straight arms. Pole level: at least intermediate 101 – comfortable with outside/inside leg hang #redefinefit #redefinefitfamily #physio #poledancing #poledancer by @redefine_fitltd
