It’s London Marathon Day and we are wishing one of our main babes @chezzaruns all the best of luck ! We know she’s gonna smash it ❤️‍🔥 Not content with just coming back from a 340 miles relay with the team at the beginning of the month, Chezza is now taking on one of the best marathons in the world ❤️‍🔥 You continue to inspire us all and we all love you so much. We’ll be there to cheer you on. LETS GO CHEZZA ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 We are still raising money for two amazing cancer charities @breastcancernow and @myelomauk so if you can and you want, please use the link in the bio. ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 #nonstopredhot #londonmarathon2025 #londonrunning #londonmarathon #womenrunning #breastcancer #myelomaawareness by @redhotrc
Still absolutely buzzing from TSP LALV 2025. It was the experience I wanted, needed, and deserved. IT WAS BETTER NEXT YEAR, as they say! LALV 2024 didn’t go to plan, despite putting in so much but sometimes elements just do not align and I happily bury that in the desert. This year was sweet o. Obviously I knew I could do it, so there was never any doubt I’d give it another crack as soon as I could - love this about me. I’m unbelievably proud of this powerhouse team of women who made this journey a movie. Made up of close friends, trusted connections, and guardian angels, the love and support has been next-level. You made being captain a delight. To our incredible crew: Imelda, Jo, Leonie, and Tam — this simply wouldn’t have worked without you. Cool heads in hot moments, organised AF, and the hype women you need on those long segments. You held it down so we could focus on nothing but the road ahead. Forever grateful and blessed to know you. To the runners: Cheryl, Haidee, Harriet, Jeanette and Trina, I am inspired by you endlessly. Your strength, energy, kindness, and bravery made this unforgettable. I love how you show up for each other, not just during TSP but throughout training and beyond. Women from different backgrounds, with different stories, coming together to do something we love. To all the other women that have supported me on this journey ILYFR! Ray, Tilly, Jo, Eden, Sadia, Mia, Aisha , Charlotte, Patricia, Mimi 🫶🏿 Already missing the weekly calls, Cyn’s Thursday Pilates, Friday night track, and every single moment we came together — what a trip! Thanks to the TSP fam, so good to see familiar faces and make new connections made. 🫶🏿 Stand by for the new adventures. 🤑 No long ting - We did it, and I’m proud as f*ck.❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 Love Gloria x by @redhotrc

RED HOT NON-STOP FROM LA TO VEGAS 🥳🥳 TSP LA to LV 2025 - COMPLETED ✅ Even after months of meticulous planning, @thespeedproject still demands that you expect the unexpected and roll with the punches. And when we say our journey got off to a rocky start, nothing could have prepared us for one of our team members being very unexpectedly unable to run with us for reasons beyond all of our control. A devastating blow. Not only had she poured her heart into this for months, but she was—and is—part of the heartbeat of our team. We were devastated. ❤️‍🔥 They say fortune favours the brave, and in true TSP fashion—with a few strategic chess moves plus the appearance of an angel—we were ready. Cyn was in our hearts and on our minds as we stood on that start line. ❤️‍🔥 10 women ready to not only take on the desert but conquer it too. ❤️‍🔥 What was the secret sauce? The unwavering support for each other, especially when it was outrageously hard. Supporting each other in all the moments: sleep-deprived, body battered, legs gone, scary segments, running in the night, being woken up to run when you hadn’t had enough sleep, driving treacherous roads, RV locked in a parking lot, crawling under fences, angle grinders, flat tyres, not being able to eat or hydrate enough, running at sunset, running at sunrise, the elation of the downhill, the slog of the uphill, tales of wild dog attacks, random people watching from cars, dancing at Kwik-E-Mart, car karaoke, team jokes, uncontrollable laughter and the hot desert sun. We embraced it all, we supported each other, and we ran. ❤️‍🔥 Nothing but pride and love for the whole damn gang. ❤️‍🔥 RED HOT RUN CLUB ❤️‍🔥 Runner – @chezzaruns Runner – @haideeeee24 Runner – @harrietwrightx Runner – @janisrunning Runner – @trina_runs Runner / Captain – @notyouraverageglo Crew – @jkm87_runsandeats Crew / Photographer – @leoniemayaisaac Crew – @melly_seear Crew – Tam (the angel) Biggest cheerleader - @cynthiakesington 1 - Runners 2 - Runners + Some Crew 3 - @redhotrc & @womeninultrarunning Well done to all the teams that smashed it this year, especially the all-women and non-binary teams. We see you. ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 by @redhotrc
