What is Overgeneralization?

Are you judging everything by one experience?

Taking one negative experience and believing it will happen every time.

How to Challenge It?

Don't allow one bad moment to define your entire life.

One bad experience doesn't mean a lifetime of failure!

The Drop -by-Drop Theory ; The power of Consistency

Success doesn’t come from what you do occasionally. It comes from what you keep doing consistently, even when you see no results.

Don't chase quick wins. Focus on small steps every single day.

The Helmet Theory 🪖

You wear a helmet—not because you expect an accident, but because you’re prepared.

Life is the same.

In relationships, friendships, and work, recognise possible problems and decide how you’ll respond.

THE WHITE COAT EFFECT: ENCLOTHED COGNITION.

The study was published in 2012 in the Journal of Experimental Social Psychology. The researchers found that wearing a coat described as a doctor's coat improved performance on certain attention tasks compared with wearing the same coat described as a painter's coat.

If a simple coat can influence the way we approach a task, imagine how our daily choices, habits, and the people we look up to can shape our mindset!
