This was definitely not a PB 🫶🏽🏃🏽‍♀️

Here’s to celebrating the victories that don’t always look the way we planned.

After the race, I kept thinking about everything I should have done differently. Looking back, I probably should have run the half marathon instead of the full because of my hip injury. But I was too stubborn to let that injury keep me from chasing a goal I had worked so hard for.

Not every race ends with a personal best. Sometimes, the biggest win is simply not giving up on yourself!

I focus on a high protein diet, eating whole foods about 80% of the time, and enjoying the foods I love the other 20% (yes, that includes the chips!)
