People ask me all the time how I could walk away from being an Orthopaedic surgeon after spending so much of my life becoming one.

Believe it or not, one of the best lessons I’ve heard came from Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle.

Just because you can do something doesn’t mean you should.

What’s the best life advice you’ve ever gotten from a movie?

A little late with this birthday post, but this past year deserved a proper reflection.

It’s been one of the most unexpected, challenging, and rewarding years of my life.

Grateful for everyone who’s been part of it. ❤️

Here’s to 41 and whatever comes next. 🥂 by @reeshkonda

Finally, a treatment for people who think too much and believe in themselves too little.

Ask your doctor if BLEVE™ is right for you.
