As the oldest CrossFit affiliate in Africa, CFJ Lifestyle Fitness has spent 18 years building a community where members feel welcome, known and celebrated. Head coach Meghan and member liaison manager Kayley share how small wins on the floor and big wins outside the gym keep that community growing. Alongside CrossFit, the gym now offers 45-minute Concept cardio sessions, Hyrox training and a Sunday run club, all set up to give members the best hour of their day. When CFJ moved to a bigger facility last year, REBEL supplied custom rigs and helped get the floor laid early. The team could then focus on making the new space feel like home. We are proud to have been part of the CFJ journey for 18 years. Built by Community. Built by REBEL. #REBELEliteFitness #BuiltByREBEL #CFJLifestyleFitness #crossfitcommunity by @refcrossfitjozi

We sure love seeing everyone working hard on a Saturday morning 😮‍💨 Good energy, big efforts, a few questionable facial expressions and plenty of reasons to keep showing up. 😂 Whether you’re here for the fitness, the friendships or just because someone promised you coffee afterwards, there’s nowhere we’d rather be. You love that? WE LOVE THAT! 🔥 #hyrox #YouLoveThat #CommunityFirst #SaturdaySweat by @refcrossfitjozi
💙 THREE GENERATIONS. ONE GYM. ONE JOZI FAMILY.💙 Now THIS is what CrossFit is all about! 🥹💪 Meet Raf, her son Tiago and her parents Helena and Joaquim— three generations proving that fitness has no age limit! Different ages, different abilities, different goals, but all showing up, putting in the work and getting stronger together. Because CrossFit isn't just for the young, the fit or the competitive. It's for EVERYONE. Every movement can be adapted, every workout can be scaled, and every person has a place on our gym floor. There's something pretty special about a family that trains together, cheers each other on and inspires one another across generations. Same family. Different generations. Shared strength. This is more than fitness. This is community. This is REF CrossFit Jozi. #CrossFitJozi #FitnessForEveryone #GenerationalFitness #JoziFamily #CrossFitForAll by @refcrossfitjozi
Great coaches never stop being students. 💙 A team committed to learning, growing, challenging each other and raising the standard of coaching we bring to our community. Because coaching is about more than the movements, it’s about the people, the connections and the impact we make every day. Better coaches. Stronger team. Better community. 🤝 #wearejozi #CrossFit #CoachDevelopment #NeverStopLearning #conceptcardio by @refcrossfitjozi
