Meet my amazing client Sanda😍🥰

Only 6 months and her waist is basically NON-EXISTENT😮‍💨⏳She is genuinely one of the hardest workers and has set a WHOLE new standard for herself👏🏼

This is what happens when you stop chasing quick fixes and start focusing on changing your lifestyle for good.

Sanda has fully locked in for herself, but that didn’t mean being “perfect”✈️

She’s had MULTIPLE holidays and trips away over the summer, enjoyed herself without restriction and came straight back to routine WITHOUT guilt or feeling like she needs to restart💗

That’s what we’re all about here at Reform because life is for living💕 I teach you how to progress through busy weeks and holidays because if your life has to pause because your on “plan” - you’ll forever be restarting🔁

We don’t just achieve results, I teach you how to maintain them & continue progressing in a HEALTHY & SUSTAINABLE WAY.

We make it your lifestyle so you never need another “restart” again💪🏼

And this is only the start for Sanda… we have an exciting roadmap ahead 🤫👀

Instead of wishing things were different, what if you made them different?🙊

Vinisha is proof that real transformation isn’t about perfection. It’s about refusing to give up on yourself.

She WAS someone who would give up before seeing results, but not this time!!
She made herself a promise to commit and see real change once and for all🔐

The days that didnt go as planned, her steps and nutrition stayed a non-negotiable and that’s exactly how this transformation happened 🤍
No all-or-nothing mindset. No “starting fresh Monday.” Just consistent effort even on the days she felt like giving up.

Consistency will always beat perfection!!!
I’m so proud of her, not just for the physical change, but for the mindset shift that changed everything🪄
This is what happens when you choose commitment over perfection✨🫶🏼

If you’re ready to stop quitting on yourself and finally see real change, message me START🥰

Staying in shape doesn’t have to be boring🍌🍓🍳🍫

Yes, the basics do work VERYYY well (and they’re exactly where I start with new clients) as for beginners, building consistency with simple habits helps avoid overwhelm and creates a solid foundation✨ but in the long run it’s important you learn how to be flexible with your food and how to incorporate the foods you love🩷

Eating foods you genuinely enjoy is key for sustainable fat loss and that’s why I use the 80/20 approach with my clients🤌🏼
(80% nutritious wholefoods - 20% foods you fancy)

Comment ‘BREAKFAST’ and I’ll send you over my 3 go to breakfasts atm🥣🤤

“I’ll start when life calms down”

If you’re a woman in your 20s or 30s working a 9–5, shifts, nights or a job that eats your whole day, let’s be honest… your life probably won’t calm down anytime soon🫣

You can either continue using your job as an excuse or simply start. You don’t need the ‘perfect’ conditions, you need a plan that fits your life, like my clients👇🏼

🩺 The midwife: 12-hour shifts, nights, no set routine. We plan her week around her rota and her body clock, not a fixed schedule.
📚 The teacher: thrives in summer, drained by 4pm once school’s back. We reduce sessions and step targets in her busiest months, the exact times she used to give up! Something is better than nothing.
⛏️ FIFO in Australia: remote site, limited food and gym access. Her plan is built around what she actually has access to.
💻 The 9–5er: desk all day, mentally drained. Steps built into her workday + flexi meals so she can still enjoy the weekends.

Different jobs. Different schedules but the same thing worked: a plan built around their real life and a high support system. Not a perfect week🩷

On Friday, one my clients told me: “It feels so good to finish the week feeling like I’ve done something for myself”🥰
That’s what REFORM is. No 8-week programme, no foods off limits, no restarting every Monday. Just a plan that works with your real life so you can stay consistent 365 days a year working towards the best possible version of YOU🫶🏼

All my clients once thought they were “too busy” to progress and achieve their goals until they joined Reform! Sooo tell me, what’s your “too busy”? 👀

DM me “BUSY” and let’s build a routine that actually works around your schedule💕

There’s a skinny epidemic atm and it’s being sold as ‘normal’💉

Peptides. Extreme diets. Barely eating.
All to be the smallest version of yourself🥲

I was that girl too… I thought what I saw on social media was normal.
Under-eating, constant dieting, always trying to be smaller. Nobody told me what it would cost.

Years of underfuelling later, I’ve dealt with more health issues than I thought was ever possible one being my cycle which still hasn’t come back two years on, even after my multiple phases of calorie surpluses, gaining 7kg, taking two months completely off training and going all in on my healing❤️‍🩹
This post isnt about me, the reason I’m sharing is in the hope to make someone realise they don’t need to go to these extremes 🙏🏼

Your body needs food it’s what gives you energy & essential nutrients.
Not eating enough is not normal and no ‘unreal’ body goal is worth wrecking your health!!

This is exactly why I coach🩷
Every woman I work with gets her dream body the healthy, sustainable way.
IT TAKES TIME because I will never put your health on the line just for a quick result.

If you’re scrolling, unhappy and thinking you need to shrink yourself, please don’t go to the extremes like I did and if you need help getting into shape without the extremes message me “REFORM” and let’s have a chat🩷

Save this if you’re sick of restarting👇🏼

If you’re a busy woman who’s great Monday to Friday, then one missed session or one dinner out turns into “I’ll start again next week” - your plan is the problem.

Most plans are built for a perfect week. 5 gym sessions, Sunday meal prep, no dinners out.
It works for a couple of weeks but then life gets busy, you fall off and try again a few months later🔁

🩷The REFORM Formula is 5 pillars built around your REAL life:
01 Consistent Connection: show up, log it, check in💕
02 Progress Without Perfection: adapt instead of restarting💕
03 The All-or-Nothing Erase: something beats nothing💕
04 Health & Balanced Discipline: know when to push and when to rest💕
05 Food Freedom: flexi meals, not cheat meals💕

No two women will ever have the same plan.
We all have different jobs, bodies, social lives, cycles and goals.
That’s why my online fitness coaching is 1:1 and high-touch 🤌🏼 I get to know your life properly so your plan is adaptable🔑

I spent years training hard and getting nowhere because my plan didn’t fit my life. Now I help women stop starting over 🩷

DM me “REFORM” to learn more about the REFORM Approach and let’s chat 💕

Your plan was never meant to look the same every week👀

The busy weeks are where most women throw everything away👇🏼
5 sessions turns into 0.
10K steps turns into “I’ll start again Monday.”
No meal prep turns into no tracking.
Sound familiar?

A busy week doesn’t need a perfect plan - it needs a simpler one:
🪄2–3 sessions instead of 5
🪄Step target reduced
🪄Protein at every meal, even if that means a meal deal

That’s not falling off. That’s staying on track when life gets loud because SOMETHING IS BETTER THAN NOTHING!

My clients don’t have perfect weeks.
They have a plan that’s ADAPTABLE and that’s why they never have to start over.

DM me “REFORM” if you’re done restarting every time life gets hectic🩷
