As the seasons change, your skincare routine may need to shift with them.

Not every product on your shelf is designed to do the same thing, and you don’t need to add something new simply because fall is here. The goal is to understand what your skin needs, then choose products that work together to support those needs.

A few we may reach for depending on your skin and concerns:

✨ Professional-C Serum 20%: A vitamin C serum that helps brighten the appearance of skin, address discoloration, and provide antioxidant support against environmental stressors. A great option when post-summer skin is looking a little dull or uneven.

✨ ELASTIDERM Firming Facial Serum: Designed to support the appearance of skin elasticity and help skin look firmer and more resilient over time.

✨ ELASTIDERM Lift Up & Sculpt Facial Moisturizer: Provides hydration while helping improve the appearance of firmness, facial contours, fine lines, and texture.

✨ Mineral UV Barrier Protect SPF 40: Daily sun protection doesn’t end when summer does. A mineral SPF helps protect your skin from UV exposure year-round and remains an important part of any skincare routine.

The best fall skincare routine isn’t the one with the most products. It’s the one built intentionally around your skin, your concerns, and your goals.

Not sure what deserves a spot in your routine this season? Ask us at your next ReFresh visit. We’ll help you take the guesswork out of it. 🤍 by @refresh_aesthetics_murray

Happier since we stopped treating skincare like something we have to figure out alone. 🤍

There’s a lot of skincare advice out there, and somehow it can leave you with more questions than answers. Do I need this product? Should I be doing that treatment? Is everyone supposed to be using retinol? Where do I even start?

Healthy, confident skin doesn’t come from trying to do everything. It comes from understanding your skin, choosing products and treatments with intention, and building a routine you can actually stick with.

A few things we’d add to the list: asking questions, giving your skin time to respond, wearing your SPF, and letting a professional help when you’re not sure what comes next.

What would you add? ✨ by @refresh_aesthetics_murray

You know who to call when you're ready for a glow-up! ✨ by @refresh_aesthetics_murray

“I need to go to the doctor.”

Say less. 😉💉

Currently treating:
✨ Dull, tired-looking skin
✨ Fine lines + wrinkles
✨ Uneven tone + texture
✨ Pigmentation + sun damage
✨ Volume loss
✨ Unwanted hair
✨ Brows that need a little attention
✨ Skin that’s ready for a ReFresh

Our prescription? A consultation so we can figure out what your skin actually needs.

Winter skin deserves more than booking a random treatment here and there and hoping it all comes together by spring. 🤍

The Winter Skin Blueprint is a six-month, personalized plan designed to take the guesswork out of what your skin needs, what to book, and when to do it.

We’ll start with a skincare consultation and baseline VISIA imaging so we can see where your skin is starting. From there, we’ll build your plan around your skin, your concerns, and your goals, then continue to evaluate how your skin responds along the way.

Your Blueprint may include lasers, microneedling, chemical peels, and a consistent at-home skincare routine, thoughtfully planned to work together over the next six months.

No guessing what to book next. No jumping from treatment to treatment. Just an intentional plan with one goal in mind: healthier, better skin by spring. ✨

Enrollment is officially open and limited to 15 patients.
