POSTS STORIES REELS

Ok well honestly, I almost didn’t share this because part of me wanted to pretend that season never happened 🫣 but I know there are women in this same place right now.

On the left was me about 4 years ago, mid 30s, feeling like my body was no longer responding the way it always had.

As someone who used to do fitness competitions, I knew how to train and how to eat.

But suddenly things became difficult and what had always worked for me stopped working.

My body composition changed, my energy dropped, my sleep became terrible. And no matter what I did, it felt like my body wasn’t responding.

As we get older our cellular communication can start slowing down 😬 like everything else! The signals that tell the body how to repair, recover, regulate metabolism, build muscle, and rest can become weaker over time.

And sometimes it is not about doing more but about helping the body communicate better again.

That is what made the biggest difference for me…
I found natural peps that support cellular communication instead of forcing the body into survival mode.

And things shifted...

My energy came back.
I started sleeping through the night again.
I began building lean muscle again.
My body started responding in a way it had not in years.

The photo on the right is not just a physical change.
It is what happened when my body finally started working WITH me again instead of against me 🙌🏼 and I feel better than I ever have!

If you feel like your body is no longer responding the way it used to, sometimes the issue is deeper than diet and exercise alone…

41 years old today and just feeling gratitude 🤍

Thank you for being part of my story. Now… tell me something good about YOUR 40s 👇🏼

Some people need a thriller. I need a movie where the worst thing that happens is a misplaced Christmas tree 🎄😂

How many Christmas movies are you planning to watch this season?

My heart is never to brag when I share an income recap, but instead to show other women what’s possible 🫶🏼

October was actually a slower month for me, and I still signed $6,850 in UGC contracts alone. Making videos for brands from my home, on my schedule. This time last year I was working a full-time job and had no idea this was even possible!

If you’re curious how to do this too, comment LEARN and I’ll send you the exact guide that taught me how to start🤍

Let’s get this day over with so we can move on already 😂🎄

Just start ✨

These are deposits from the past 24 hours… UGC payments from brands, plus a deposit from my peptide business. Two income streams I built from my living room after losing my job in February. And I’m so grateful that social media allows women to build businesses from home 🫶🏼

I’m definitely not special. I just started, learned, put in the reps and kept going.

If you’re wondering whether it’s too late, or whether you could ever do something like this… follow along. I’m showing exactly how I built both, step by step 🤍

Motherhood is full of things I can’t control. I can’t protect my kids from every hard thing, and I certainly can’t figure out every worry on my own. What I can do is keep running to Jesus with all of it… and let them see me do it 🤍 by @regina.renee_

Some mornings I have maybe 30 seconds. This d’Alba Tone-Up Sunscreen is what I reach for, because it’s SPF that actually makes me look put together. It evens out my skin tone, takes the edge off my dark spots, and gives me a healthy glow. Add a little brow and lip and I’m done 🙌🏼

Linked on Amazon if you need a shortcut too!
