I used to think success is about money .. but my job taught me that success is how many people can you help becoming who they want to be and be happy .. I'm grateful for my job .. even if I go back in time I wouldn't choose anything different .. A Coach ! by @reham.khayyat

Two weeks late, but the shakes are still unforgettable! 🔥

Lagree at the lowest point on Earth 🌍
Low altitude. High intensity. Maximum burn! 💪🏼

@corelabofficial took the shakes to the Dead Sea, and the one and only @laycilates brought the heat! ❤️‍🔥

Some experiences are just too good not to share, even two weeks later! 🤍

15.5 KM. Two continents. One unforgettable experience. 🇹🇷🏃🏻‍♀️

From Asia to Europe, across the Bosphorus, through the streets of Istanbul.

Every kilometer had its own story, every step had its own energy, and every moment was worth it.

Another race, another memory, another reminder of why I love running. ❤️

Istanbul, you were something special. 🏅✨

Somewhere between ancient stones and endless skies, I found my kind of peace..

Same movement pattern. Different muscular demands. 🔬

Floor | Reverse Lunges
Dynamic movement, deceleration, balance, and force production.

Micro | Elevator Lunges
Slow, controlled movement, sustained tension, and increased time under tension.

Same muscle groups, different loading and movement demands.

It’s not just the exercise. It’s how you challenge the muscles.

If I could go back and hug this little girl, I would hold her a little longer. 🥹❤️

I wish I could tell her about all the things life would bring her. The beautiful moments, the heartbreaks, the dreams that would come true, and the ones she’d have to let go of.

I wish she knew how many times she’d have to be strong when all she wanted was to be held. How much she’d grow, how much she’d learn, and how she’d somehow find her way through things she never imagined facing.

Sometimes I look at her and wish I could protect that little heart from everything that was coming.

But more than anything, I want her to know that I never forgot her. She’s still here, in every little part of who I am.

And I hope, after everything, she’s proud of me. Because so much of what I do is still for her. 🤍 by @reham.khayyat

Tie your shoes. Carry your shopping. Settle into your sofa.

Everyday moves. Strength built on the Mega. 🤍

Lagree for life outside the studio.

Your lowest lunge isn’t automatically your best lunge. Go as low as you can control while keeping your working foot supported and your knee tracking with your toes. If going deeper means losing your position, shorten the range. Build depth over time.. don’t force it.
