Reka here — healer, facilitator, forever flowing 🌊

I work with water, breath, yoga & the body’s deepest intelligence. In person, online, across continents.

Wataflow - merging of water, sound, breath, touch. Descend & return to yourself.

Feel, enter the void 🌊 by @rekatothfalusi

💙 WATAFLOW a magical journey to introduce the New You 💙

✨ Hello my Dear!

Stop. Inhale. Exhale. Smile.

💫 Hard to say anything after such a powerful & intense session. Immensely grateful to Ixchel for allowing me to hold space for her in this magical land. A big thanks to u Jonny, for capturing all of the sparkles & the process of the rebirth.

🐛🦋 REBORN. Rebornaker. Rebirthing ceremony. What does it mean to be reborn? Come & experience yourself…

🦚 To be revived & breathe fresh air. Regenerated power fueling up your body, mind & soul. To connect so deeply to the source - You can only rise as deep as you’ve sunk 🌪️

🍃 You could think this is a passive progress but don’t get it twisted. The activeness of the receiver is RELEASE. The action of release, letting go, exhaling the past.

🌿 You’re actively putting yourself, your energy to heal. It’s you, the water, the stars aligned, doing God’s work - I’m just holding space for it to happen in a safe place held & cared for in unconditional love.

🪐 You’re not me & I’m not You, but You and I are the same thing. Hmmm mind f*, I’m sorry, I mean *mind blown* 💥

🪲 And I don’t think I can go back to the illusion
that told me I was small or separate
I am the entire universe
in human form
👁️

🦋 Again thank you for trusting me. For spreading your wings, ready to fly - literally since Ixchel ran straight to the airport to catch her flight after this session hahaha…weirdly enough many times my clients go to catch their flight after aqua therapy.

🌈🦄 Even though it’s most recommended to relax, drink a lot of water, keep calm - this is also a way of *flying* more since u have visions, channeling meanwhile the journey. DMT is produced organically in your brain so colors, memories, visuals can all occur naturally. So truly, enjoy the ride. It’s all you. All within You!

🐬 Jonny I’m so happy we’ve connected & u helped me showcase WATAFLOW.

🧜‍♂️ Ofc thanks to the Master Oceano for creating agua magica & spreading love w Wataflow - for teaching me, giving a new meaning to my life.

🤍 You carry so much love in your heart. Give some to yourself.

✨ Breathe in. Breathe out. Shine. Stay wonderful.

Love,

March 2026, decided on a random Tuesday 4pm in Tulum to go on a spontaneous road trip…that turned into 12 days exploring Central America, crossing borders day n night!
⠀
Few days into this adventure ended up here at Lake Atitlán, the highlight of this trip 🤍

Riding home on the back of a scooter, wind in my hair, nowhere to be, nothing to prove.
⠀
Healing doesn’t always look like a ceremony or a retreat. Sometimes it’s just feeling free on the way home and noticing that you’re happy.
⠀
Who do you wanna be with in Bali right now? 🤍

Why do women feel like they’re not enough? 🤍

Yesterday I sat with a group of women and we started sharing stories. These women are drop dead gorgeous and still, every single one of us had so little confidence.

Too wrinkly. Not thin enough. Not toned enough. Not enough.
We compare ourselves to each other, to supermodels, to the perfect bodies on our screens.

I used to work in media. When I met the celebrities I’d idolized for years, almost none of them looked like their pictures. Most of them were shorter than me, I haven’t even noticed them. The camera, the lighting, the makeup, the editing… it all creates a glamorous version that doesn’t exist in real life.

Those pictures aren’t real. They’re not who we are.

I’ll be honest with you… some of these photos I almost didn’t post. My tummy used to be flatter, my thighs slimmer, my arms more toned. My body is changing as I get older and it asks me to take more care with what I eat and how I move. I’m just turning 26 in 2weeks and still !

I’ve made peace with that. I feel good in this body. Not because it’s perfect but because it’s mine. I’ve learned to love it as it is right now.

I move every day and share the process with you, not to look like someone else but to show up for myself. I want to show you that you can too.

You are already beautiful. You don’t need to become someone else. You need to remember who you are.

So one day you look in the mirror and think: yes, that’s me & I love her.

If you’re ready to start feeling at home in your body, send me “RISE”. I’ll hold your hand the whole way 🌅

What’s one thing you’d love to stop comparing to others? 🤍

Save this for the mornings you forget who you are.

Life changes in an instant. Be gentle, say the “I love you”s, don’t wait…

Today the ocean reminded me again how small we really are 🌊

The waves came in so strong. My legs hit a rock, the current pulled me but somehow I walked away with just a scare, a small scar.
Not long after, a woman didn’t.

I keep thinking about it. Her.
One second. That’s all it takes.

Nothing is promised to us.
Not the next breath, not this body, not tomorrow.
We’re only borrowing this form for a while,
so tonight I’m holding mine a little softer…
and I’m just so grateful to still be here.

This one is for you, sweet soul 🤍
I hope the sea was your safe place & you’ve gone home to it as a mermaid 🧜‍♀️

Full moon happening now
Letting go of everything that doesn’t really matter.
Like the tide, everything finds its way back. by @rekatothfalusi

Can we talk about the kind of tired that sleep doesn’t fix? 🤍

The kind where you rest all weekend and still wake up heavy. Where you’re “fine”, but you don’t really feel like yourself anymore.

That’s not you being lazy or weak.
That’s a nervous system that’s been in survival mode for way too long.

A few small things that help it feel safe again:

→ Breathe out longer than you breathe in (4 in, 8 out)
→ Bare feet on the ground, even just 5 minutes (grounding)
→ Move without a plan. Shake, stretch, sway (release)

And if you’re standing at a crossroads right now and something in you is asking for change, listen to it. Your body already knows the way…

I work 1:1 with women & men who are ready to shift.
Send me “RESET” and let’s talk 🌊

Save this for the days you need it

My first Full Moon Ceremony (Purnama) with my Balinese host family in Uluwatu, Bali 🌕
⠀
On every full moon Balinese Hindu families bring offerings to their family temple and receive blessings with holy water. This time they welcomed me in to pray beside them.
⠀
I’ve been to many ceremonies as a facilitator but being invited into a family’s home temple felt different. No stage, no performance just devotion as part of an ordinary day. This is the Bali I fell in love with 🙏
⠀
Thank you to my host family for sharing this with me.
⠀
Have you ever experienced a Balinese ceremony? 🤍
