Ever been mistaken for the designer instead of the contractor? 😅 Here’s what we’ve learned about setting boundaries as females in construction.

Can you relate? Tell us below ⬇️

True or false: As women, we’ve all had to overcome challenges.

But together, the power of social media has brought us closer, allowing us to have open conversations about our experiences as women in male-dominated industries and shine a light on the unique strengths and differences we bring!

In my experience, all my mentors were men who didn’t always understand the unique challenges I faced. It would have been invaluable to have a female mentor to guide me through the nuances of being a woman in this industry.

✨Custom Vanity✨

When your client wants a unique look with quality material, custom IS the answer.💯 This client needed a refresh in their hall bath for out of town guests who visit throughout the year. She gave us an inspo image and we built the space according to her vision!✨ During our follow up, she told us - “I get a lot of great comments from visitors about that bathroom.”🤍

⭐️Kitchen Transformation⭐️

For this job the goal was to keep as much of the original as possible. Light, bright, and spacious was the goal (with minimal demo). Here’s a list of the scope:
✅Carpentry - extend cabinets to ceiling & add hardware
✅Appliances - install decorative vent hood and relocate microwave
✅Tile - replace backsplash
✅Paint - paint existing cabinets + newly installed uppers

🤍Entering 2024 with a heart full of gratitude🤍
•
•
When I started this company, I was only dreaming of achieving the success I have today. Waking everyday to a job I wholeheartedly love is one of the best blessings to have in life.
•
•
Make no mistake, I didn’t get to where I am on my own. I can’t tell you how many opportunities I’ve been given and the milestones I’ve achieved because of the supportive and encouraging individuals in my life. I’ve learned countless lessons since becoming an entrepreneur, but probably one of the most critical is we can never reach our full potential without a strong support system surrounding us. We can do all the individual work in the world, but the real victory comes when you have the right circle, both personal and professional.💫

🙏🏼THANK YOU🙏🏼so incredibly much to all of those who have trusted, supported, and encouraged me in this journey - I wouldn’t be where I am without each and every one of you.⭐️ Beyond excited to see what 2024 has in store 🎉

I always try to find the most affordable solutions for my clients when creating the scope of repairs, but sometimes it’s best to just start from scratch💯
