Corinne 'Ren Gordon @ren.138x Brokerage/Team: Hive Real Estate Group & Property Management Las Vegas Favorite Tattoo Style: Old School Traditional Next Tattoo: A traditional Ed Roth Rat Fink–inspired skateboarding sewer rat Meaning Behind Tattoos: Corinne’s tattoos reflect a refusal to do things halfway, serving as specific reminders of resilience, personal growth, loyalty, and closing past chapters. They represent someone who adapts under pressure, builds her own path, and honors where she came from. First Tattoo & Lasting Memory: At age 15, she got her first tattoo—the word "sorry" on her inner lip—from artist Joey Haefs. Though initially an impulsive act of youth, it has remarkably lasted for 21 years and remains a cherished, funny story her parents frequently share. Reflections on Growth: Corinne views all her tattoos as a collective timeline, capturing meaningful moments, memories, and different versions of herself along the way. 🏡 OLDER VEGAS HOMES DESERVE MORE LOVE. Newer homes might give you that first-impression charm, but sometimes it fizzles out fast. We prefer built-in character — real separate living spaces, mature trees, a bigger yard, and a layout that doesn’t feel like every other house on the block. Welcome to Del Mar, a renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath single-story home near Sahara & Eastern in central Las Vegas. ✨ 3 Bedrooms ✨ 2 Bathrooms ✨ Single-story layout ✨ Separate front living room ✨ Oversized sunken family room ✨ Renovated kitchen ✨ White cabinetry ✨ Granite countertops ✨ Stainless steel appliances ✨ Farmhouse-style sink ✨ Updated flooring ✨ Large backyard ✨ Mature trees ✨ Covered patio area ✨ Long driveway ✨ Covered carport One of the best parts of this home is having two completely separate living spaces. One can be your everyday living room, while the oversized sunken family room becomes a movie room, game room, office, playroom, second lounge, or whatever works for your household. And then there’s the backyard. You’ve got a substantial amount of outdoor space, mature trees, and a covered patio area for relaxing, grilling, or entertaining. One thing to know: the yard is not fully enclosed, so keep that in mind if complete fencing is important for your household or pets. 📍 Located near Sahara & Eastern, close to: • Valley High School • Sunrise Hospital • Downtown Las Vegas • The Las Vegas Strip • Shopping + dining • Major commuter routes And the neighborhood has some great Las Vegas Strip views too. 🐾 All animals considered. HIVE does not breed discriminate — we love our pitties & big dogs! 🖥 Current pricing, availability, tours, and applications: 🌐 HIVERealEstateLasVegas.com Select Listings → Homes for Rent → Del Mar 🚫 We do not accept Zillow or third-party applications. 🐝 Come find your next home and join our HIVE. 🏡 WHAT IF THIS WAS YOUR DRIVE HOME EVERY DAY? Inside, you’ve got: ✨ 4 bedrooms ✨ 2.5 bathrooms ✨ Private front courtyard ✨ Open living + dining layout ✨ Granite countertops ✨ Stainless steel appliances ✨ Large kitchen island ✨ TWO walk-in pantries ✨ Upstairs laundry ✨ Spacious primary suite ✨ Dual sinks + soaking tub + separate shower ✨ Large primary walk-in closet ✨ One secondary bedroom with its own walk-in closet ✨ Covered patio ✨ Paver backyard area ✨ Brand-new artificial turf ✨ Attached 2-car garage And then there’s Cadence. 🌳 Walking trails 🏀 Basketball courts 🧗 Rock-climbing/play areas 💪 Outdoor fitness areas 🐾 Multiple gated dog parks 🏊 Community pool 🌊 Pond + amphitheater 📚 Little free library 🌿 Open grassy areas 🛝 Neighborhood parks 🏫 Legacy Traditional School nearby This is the kind of community where people are actually outside using the amenities, walking the trails, taking the kids to the park, bringing the dogs out, and enjoying the neighborhood. 🏡 PRICING YOUR RENTAL TOO HIGH CAN COST YOU MORE THAN YOU THINK. A lot of owners assume starting high is safer because they can always reduce the price later. But every extra week a property sits vacant can mean: • Lost rental income • Continued carrying costs • More utilities and maintenance • More time exposed to vacancy-related risk • A listing that starts to feel stale Sometimes chasing an extra $100–$200/month can cost far more than that if the property sits empty. That’s why pricing correctly from the beginning matters. At HIVE, we look at more than just what another property rented for months ago. We look at: 📊 Current competition 🏡 Property condition 📍 Location 📈 Demand 🗓 Seasonality ⏱ Days on market 💰 Incentives and concessions 📉 Vacancy risk 🏠 Overall asset performance The goal isn’t just to get the highest advertised rent. The goal is to make the property perform. If your Las Vegas rental is sitting, or you’re getting ready to list and aren’t sure where to price it, give HIVE a call. 📞 702.839.2798 🌐 www.HIVERealEstateLasVegas.com 🐝 Your rental property is an investment. Manage it like one. #hiveregrouplv #lasvegasrentals #hiverealestategroup #lasvegaspropertymanagement #lasvegasproperties by @ren.138x
