Anyone missing a pizza and coke in Kilbride street Hurlstone Park? Seems to have been on our front step for a while as the box is only lightly warm 😩 by @renee99lou

What are your joints saying to you as you get older?

Mine were definitely talking to me a few years ago but now they are mostly quiet 🤫

Stay young, keep moving, drink your collagen.

$Don’t skip your daily collagen intake! Hear me - collagen is the most abundant protein in your body and essential for maintaining overall health. Why you need it: 🔹Skin: Keeps your skin elastic, hydrated, and youthful. 🔹Joints: Supports joint and tendon structure, reducing pain and improving mobility. 🔹Bones: Vital for bone density and strength, helping prevent fractures. 🔹Gut: Supports the gut lining for better digestion and overall gut health. If you want to feel like you did years ago, you need a good collagen supplement in your life! One of my favs is on sale if you need a good recommendation?💫 #collagen #health #wellness #skingoals by @renee99lou$

Calling all boy mums!!

PSA there is a teen bro code as to when they can get their hair cut.

🤩School holidays - the best option
🤔Weekends - maybe but not often
👎🏻Week day - never absolutely not 🤣

Why? Showing up mid week with new hair attracts too much ‘attention’ 🤣🤣

Brain fog? Anyone?

You know about 3pm when your brain feels like it’s broken and you’re trying to get some work done but also write a grocery list, and then you remember that you forgot the washing in the machine…

Yep - we all get it! 😜

Did you know that when it comes to mental clarity, factors like sleep, exercise and nutrition are important.

Keeping your brain properly nourished is essential for optimal function. In fact, eating healthy is strongly correlated with brain health..

News flash your brain needs NOOTROPICS. They support normal, healthy cognitive function, memory, concentration, creativity, motivation and healthy brain ageing.

Yes you can get Nootropics from food, but mostly our daily diet is insufficient in giving us all the nutrients we need.

Raise you 👋🏻 if you want to kick brain fog to the curb and get some GO. by @renee99lou

Things my boys do around the house… that I’m doing while they are away.

While I miss them dearly and the house is very quiet - I’ve realised the amount of work they do around the house for me 🥰🥰

The video is only a small snip of the things they do.

Mr 16 opens my bedroom blind for me most days

They turn the outside light on for me when I’m coming home in the dark.

They feed the furbabies, put them outside and make sure they have water.

Vacuum their rooms and Mr 18 washes his clothes and sometimes cooks dinner.

While I know they do all these jobs and most of them they do without being asked, I realise the amount of help it really provides me.

I’m eternally grateful and thankful and ❤️ them both.

Results matter…

When choosing a collagen - choose one with results.

I’m talking about one that is clinically proven, with sound ingredients and actually does what it says it will do.

If you’re not noticing a difference with the collagen you’re taking, it might be time to switch things up.

Drop a 🤞🏻 to check mine out.

Anyone else?

Or is it just me 🤣🤣 by @renee99lou

Until then, stay consistent.
The dedication will be well worth it.

PS- sometimes getting started takes the most courage. If you have big wellness goals this year you are wanting to hit, there is still time.

Mindset is KEY. Think of it as a lifestyle choice not a diet or a chore.

Would love to help you!

It’s true as you get older you pop more pills !!

I’m thankful that my daily tablets are of the supplement variety and not medically required.

If I needed medical I would take them but for now I’m supporting my body with clean ingredient supplements.
Especially with the winter season.

These next couple of months are the busiest at work and the weather is at its coldest in Australia, so immune support and stress health is key to me.

What are you doing to support your health this winter? by @renee99lou
