Count down is on to Saturdays ‘Bit of a witch’ workshop. To say I am excited is an understatement. Today I am finalising the workbook, picking up some spell ingredients and a few other last minute magical errands. If you are joining us
get ready to just remember who TF you are. by @reneeshea_au
It’s a season of growth in the Southern Hemisphere. The warm days and heat of the sun. Around this time I feel the urge to start thinking about visions and goals for next year. It’s when my energy starts to look up and outwards (not so much around the calendar new year when I want to sloth in the aircon). Do you feel it too? That dual sense of ‘coming to the end of the year’, but also ‘what can we create and grow for the future?’ #witchofinstagram #beltane #womeninleadership #goalsettingtips #southernhemispherepagan by @reneeshea_au
Is being a Fiercely Human Leader just about making sure my team like me? No. Because that’s not leadership. It’s friendship. Leaders still motivate, inspire and get to an outcome. What it does mean is that objectives and outcomes are looked at through a lens of sustainability first, not profit only. Are the goals supportive of wellbeing or are they detrimental to the humans you’re expecting to deliver on them? Set a direction. Inspire action. Hold people (and yourself) to account. They’re not mutually exclusive Also. Fu&king dogs 😳 by @reneeshea_au

Bit of a Witch the workshop is this Saturday. If you have been sitting on the fence, unsure whether to come, now is the time to ask your questions. This whole session will be about power
especially power for women. What is it, what it feels like, why we might shy away from it. But more than that - it’s about claiming your own kind of power for yourself. If you are in the Brisbane area join us on Saturday www.kingroupconsulting.com/bitofawitch by @reneeshea_au

The comments!!! Turns out a woman talking about owning her power still rattles a few people. My comments this week as I share the Bit of a Witch workshop are a lesson in and of themselves that this work is as relevant today as ever! If you read comments like this, or succumb to the worries that drift around your mind
and feel that old urge to shrink, don’t. Come and spend a day with women who know that to own the magic they have inside them (their strength; their vision, their power)
is a birthright. A Bit of a Witch · Sat 7 Nov · 9:30–3:00 · Brisbane Pay what you can ($75 recommended) And yes. I am fat. I am cringe (ask my kids). I am a problem (and the men in my comments section). None of that takes away from the strength, compassion and power I have. by @reneeshea_au
Why, as a leadership coach do I speak about witchcraft? by @reneeshea_au
I did my make-up. That’s it. by @reneeshea_au
Calendula, the herb of the sun đŸŒŒ In old herbal lore, it was carried into court for justice. Healers used it to clean a wound so it could heal properly from the inside. I love that these both hint at the same thing: the act of bringing things to light - for healing. As a Fiercely Human Leader - that’s the energy of courageous accountability. Most of the women leaders I work with already know which conversation needs to happen. They can see the cracks in the team or in how things are not working. Maybe they can see the unfairness or harm happening around them. But saying it out loud comes with risk. Calling it out takes courage. That’s part of good leadership. Having these conversations with care is what lets everyone ‘heal’ properly. You could think of having these conversations like tending to a wound (Calendula is a heck of a healer). It’s the leader’s job to bring issues into the light, gently and honestly, so the whole team can recover. What conversation are you hiding from at the moment that you could use a little Calendula accountability to have? by @reneeshea_au
The women once called witches often had their own money, their own minds and a sharp tongue. Today we just get called difficult. If you’ve ever been told you’re too much, too loud or too ambitious, this day is for you. A Bit of a Witch is a one-day workshop for women who are done shrinking. Together we’ll claim our power, get clear on our values and shape a 2027 that’s actually ours. You don’t need to call yourself a witch. Curious is enough. 🗓 Saturday 7 November, 9:30am – 3:30pm 📍 Brisbane 💰 Pay what you can ($75 recommended) Places are limited. Tap the link to book, and bring a friend. www.kingroupconsulting.com/bitofawitch by @reneeshea_au
What makes me happy? Working with women to remember just how flipping cool they are, and how much power they have within themselves. Power to make the world a little more beautiful, safe and
. well, just better. Better for their families. Better for students. Better for other women Better for the environment If you are due a little ‘reconnecting with yourself’ then I invite you to check out the Bit of a Witch workshop. Registrations are open www.kingroupconsulting.com/bitofawitch Saturday November 7, 2026 Annerley Brisbane by @reneeshea_au
