POSTS STORIES REELS
MAX EFFORT UPPER — SHORT BREAKDOWN 💥 Max Effort = one heavy lift (1–3 reps) to push max strength and neural output. 1️⃣ Warmup + Mobility Back first. A few controlled pull-ups to switch on lats and stabilizers. 2️⃣ Calf Raises Hit them early so they actually grow. 3️⃣ Activation Flys Light flys for pec/shoulder prep. Don’t fatigue. 4️⃣ Main Bench Variation Example: board press. Work to a heavy 3RM (90–95%). 5️⃣ Backoff Bench Drop to ~80%. Do 3×5 with clean speed. 6️⃣ Hypertrophy Work Flat bench 12RM → cluster to 25 total reps. Superset with chest-supported rows. 7️⃣ Pull-up + Triceps Weighted pull-up 8RM → rest-pause to 12. Second set = cluster to 25. Superset with DB rollover extensions. 8️⃣ Shoulders + Traps Cable Y-raises + heavy shrugs (cluster). 9️⃣ Neck 3×20–25. Stability, posture, power. 🔟 Core Toes-to-bar AMRAP + side crunches. Efficient. Intense. High stimulus in ~90 minutes. 👉 Send to someone still doing slow straight sets. #gym #strengthtraining #fitness #strength #powerbuilding #peakperformance #bodybuilding #luzernfitness #muscle #luzern by @renestrength

3 BEST EXERCISES FOR A V-SHAPE AESTHETIC BACK If your back looks flat, you’re missing this. A wide, aesthetic V-taper comes from lat width + upper-back balance, not random rows. 1️⃣ Vertical pulls – pull-ups, chin-ups, lat pulldowns → main driver of lat width 2️⃣ Lat pullovers → train the lats in shoulder extension, where most people are weak 3️⃣ Y-raises / face pulls / rear delt flys → upper back + rear delts for structure and posture Do these consistently. Progress them. That’s how you build a wide, clean, aesthetic back. Save this. by @renestrength
How often you train is not the problem. Volume is. Muscle grows from enough hard sets over the week, not from magical splits or training every day. Hit the weekly sets. Split them how your life allows. Recover. Progress. That’s it. Save this. Use it. by @renestrength
I dare you find me a reason why not to train. by @renestrength

If you’ve been “trying” to get lean for years and nothing changed… it’s not your genetics. It’s your structure. Staying lean is not magic. • High protein every day • Keep fats moderate (don’t drown your food in oil) • Carbs = performance — eat more when you train hard • If you prefer low-carb, then raise fats a bit. Your choice. • Calories still rule — if you’re not losing weight, you’re simply eating too much. • Diet isn’t restriction. It’s attention. It’s management. • You can eat sweets. You can enjoy everything. Moderation matters. If you want help setting up your diet, DM me or drop your question below. 👇 by @renestrength
