“I’ve always had a gift of using my hands to heal bodies, and finally decided to make a profession out of it. In 2022, I found stretch therapy and was intrigued by this unique and fairly rare technique!✨😌

We all carry stress and tension in the body and my goal is to give people relief and relaxation they deserve to experience. My sessions encourage clients to let go of tension and connect with the present moment. 🌿🌝

I preform manual stretching techniques along with mindful breath to release tight muscles and unlock restricted movement patterns. Leading sessions with intuitive touch provides a comforting reassurance, allowing you to surrender into deep relaxation.” – @renewed_mvmnt

This weekend, we hosted a rejuvenating Sound Bath + Self-Care Gathering just for our fellow massage therapists—and it was everything we needed.
In a profession where we give so much of ourselves to help others heal, it's essential that we take time to recharge our own energy. From the calming vibrations of the sound bath to the quiet moments of reflection, we were reminded that self-care isn't a luxury—it's a necessity.
Thank you to everyone who joined us in holding space for rest, renewal, and community. You deserve to feel as supported as you make others feel every day.
Tag a therapist who needs a reminder to refill their own cup.
