Chapter 2 - a burst pipe ruined our home so now this is #reno number 2, and we’re going all in turning the nightmare into the dream.

POSTS STORIES REELS

The renovation and extension is progressing…but we then realised the back of the house is starting to look all new and fresh but the front was a whole different story. We hadn’t budgeted for this but super happy we did it! …we call it the ‘marmite’ door…luckily we love it! #renovation #newdoors #overbudget by @reno_thegreen

The biggest mess throughout the renovation has been in the garden…it’s been through a lot! Starting to come together now… by @reno_thegreen

During the day I love the option of having the glass on the doors open…but on an eve coming home to seeing the doors from the outside and the welcome light from indoors is just as special 🤎 by @reno_thegreen

The kitchen is looking great BUT a sneak peek behind the doors shows all is not what it seems! This will be the utility room - for now housing the old washing machine…soon there will be a laundry tower to the right with a new washer and my first ever tumble dryer! On the back wall will be some units and a sink. #watchthisspace #utility #reno by @reno_thegreen

Scrolling and saving pics of things I want…the budget is blown and sitting on boxes is more realistic! 😂 by @reno_thegreen

5 hours of cleaning…one missing handle but we are ready for the decorator to paint and then we are done in here…I wanted an island but had to settle for a breakfast bar (it’s nice and big tho and love the quartz!)…maxed out space using a side space for the white goods. #newkitchen #reno #renovation by @reno_thegreen

Finishing touches to the kitchen, the boiler cupboard, hob and utility room entrance all done …actually looking forward to a weekend of cleaning so we can finally see it all done! by @reno_thegreen

The doors are going in…we chose glazed doors to get in as much light right from the front to the back of the house. #reno #newdoors by @reno_thegreen

It may have taken a few months to get here, but so worth the wait! Finally no more board and instead we have a window- the light flooding in has made such a difference ♥️🥰 by @reno_thegreen

Another day…another purchase. Luckily managed to get this vase before it went out of stock again #MyMarks by @reno_thegreen

Unpacking, lining kitchen cupboards and then the joy of finally seeing some of the purchases out of their boxes in the kitchen….some this shopping is from a year ago- actually forgot what I’d bought! by @reno_thegreen

So excited for this! by @reno_thegreen
