POSTS STORIES REELS

“If I leave” (2026), D. Little. This piece depicts my experiences living with depression, chronic isolation, ideation, and grief. Rumination, negative self-talk, intrusive thoughts, and other debilitating manifestations of mental health conditions can lead one to feel consumed by profound feelings of darkness and emptiness. Inspired, in part, by Mitski’s lyrics “If I leave,” I ride through a tunnel, And it’s dark the whole way. I ride through a tunnel. It’s been dark the whole way. I ride through a tunnel. It’s still dark the whole way.”

Though the tunnel and the days have felt dark, I am grateful that I am here today, and I am so proud of you for being here too.

Pt5. Compulsions + my cat at the end! A new piece on anxiety, ocd and dysregulation. I was caught doing compulsions on camera, and that’s okay. I struggle with perfectionism and just right ocd and it can really impact my art. Proud of myself for pushing through

Pt4. Perfectionism: a piece on anxiety and dysregulation. Y’all I was compulsively re doing parts of this piece because I couldn’t get the “just right” feeling. Oof. I made piece with everything not being “perfect” but me and the ocd were fighting it out fr
