I truly believe that every family and every child we encounter is divinely orchestrated by God. The Lord knows no child deserves to sleep on the floor. So if it’s within our power to help these little ones, we will.

Thank you to everyone who has supported our mission. It’s been five years, thousands of lives impacted; and none of it would have been possible without you. Every donation, message, like, and share means the world to us and will forever be appreciated.

This has been the journey of a lifetime. Thank you for being part of it.

Till the wheels fall off. by @rescue_2000

There is nothing greater than the love of a mother. When I first met this woman I could see how much she cared for her two little boys. I could see how she was doing everything in her power to give her little ones the best possible upbringing. Although, their living conditions were critical, i could see her love for her children. The little boys loved to play football, she even knew their favorite football players and teams. Her love for them reminded me of my mother.

We are honored to have blessed them with a new home thanks to the Kerkar Foundation. We could see a massive weight lifted off her shoulders. Her greatest wish came true.

And how incredible life is? The boys favorite football team is @chelseafc and their favorite player is @enzojfernandez . They would take turns wearing his jersey because they only had one. Enzo saw our video because of your comments and he reached out to us and sent us a game worn jersey.

Im left speechless. This is what dreams are made of🙏 by @rescue_2000

Thank you for 9 amazing years. Here’s to many more! by @rescue_2000

This family of four had spent years living in conditions that most of us couldn’t imagine.

What struck us the most was their ability to make things work with the little they had.

We can’t speak for them and tell you they were happy with their circumstances. But one thing we can say with certainty is how deeply grateful they were for their new home.

When we asked the father what his favorite part of the new home was, his answer shook us to our core.

“The foundation. The doors.”

The more we reflected on his words, the more we realized how much they revealed about the heart of a father.

It reminded us of what a father truly cares about.
Not the beautiful finishes or the material things, but knowing his new home has a foundation strong enough to withstand the winds and the storms.

Thank you, @alisha_conlin_hurd , for giving this family something they never imagined having. A strong, sturdy home with enough space for all four of them. by @rescue_2000

It’s been 5 years since I left everything behind to chase my dreams.

From a very young age, I always knew I had a heart for serving others. But never in a million years did I imagine I’d be living my dream here in Bali, Indonesia.

My dreams were never really about materialistic possessions . They’ve always been about doing what I love most. Serving others, being part of miracles, seeing others win, and impacting those around me.

I’m beyond grateful that I get to call this my life.

As I’ve always said, some of my greatest days here have been the simplest ones. Days spent in the villages, connecting with the beautiful people of Indonesia, sharing stories, laughter, and moments I’ll carry with me forever.

I can confidently say that the greatest reward of chasing my dreams hasn’t been what I’ve gained, but what I’ve been able to give ❤️ by @rescue_2000

QUICK UPDATE 👇

He’s doing much better now and is in a much better headspace as he and his family adjust to this new chapter of their lives.

We are in contact with an organization that provides prosthetics to people who don’t have access to them.

For the time being, we’re looking for people who would like to support his family monthly and give them some stability while they figure out what life looks like from here.

We don’t share his story so that we can pity him.

If anything, I hope we can be inspired by him.

To lose both of your arms overnight and still find the strength to keep moving forward your family takes a level of perseverance most of us will never understand.

Dm us if you are looking to support this young man and his family by @rescue_2000

This is the story of a grandson, a husband, and a father who had to have both of his arms amputated after an accident on a construction site.

At only 26 years old, his entire family depended on him. His wife, his daughter, and his two grandparents.

And suddenly, he could no longer provide for them the way he always had.

As a 26-year-old myself, I couldn’t imagine the torment and darkness he must have been going through. I could see it in his eyes. The uncertainty. The weight of knowing that so many people depend on you, while not knowing what comes next.

This was more than just giving a family a physical home.

This was about giving a family hope again.

It was about giving them peace of mind knowing that no matter what happens next, they have a safe and proper home to live in.

And most importantly, it was about lifting some of that weight off this father’s shoulders and giving the family hope again.

I truly believe this was a miracle from God that this family needed at the right time.

And thankfully, He used our good friend @e_millly to make it happen. ❤️

What makes it even more special is that Emily chose to sponsor this home while going through a season of grief herself.

Even in her own pain, she chose to be a blessing to someone else.

And because of that, this family can finally look ahead with hope for a new beginning. by @rescue_2000

Some connections need no translation ❤️ by @rescue_2000

Sometimes all someone needs is for another person to believe their life can look different.

This mother spent her days making pillows by hand, selling them for around 15,000 IDR each (equivalent to $1) doing everything she could to provide for her children and her mother.

She worked hard. But some dreams are simply too big to reach on your own.

A safe home was one of them.

When we met the family, wooden planks were missing from the floor. They had no mattresses. Yet somehow, they continued to make the best of what they had.

Today, that chapter of their life is over.

Because a family on the other side of the world decided to give back, they now have a home they could only dream of before.

You may never fully understand what your generosity means to someone until you see their face when something they thought was impossible becomes real.

Thank you to the @azizfamilyofficial for making this possible.

One family blessing another❤️ by @rescue_2000

For 40 years, he’s lived without a leg.

When we first met him, we knew his story was one we wanted to be part of.

Earlier this year, @cheflarios set out to run around the entire island of Bali with one message, “For those who can’t.”

And this is exactly who we were running for.

Today, we’re sharing house #4 from Ian’s fundraiser. A new home for a man who has spent the last 40 years facing challenges most of us will never understand.

None of this would have been possible without @jellyroll615 , who donated an incredible $30,000 to the fundraiser, helping us turn this challenge into homes for families in need. by @rescue_2000

MALICE x RESCUE 2000

Because @this.is.malice ran across Bali, we were able to give this family their dream home. It’s crazy what one can do when they challenge themselves for a greater purpose.

Also a big thank you for to everyone who individually donated, we wish we could tag you all but you know who you are.

From the bottom of our hearts, we are so grateful for the wonderful community of Bali that is always so willingly to make an impact🙏❤️ by @rescue_2000
