‘Fuck Caviar’ A statement against luxury products. They distract from what actually matters to us: personality & emotion. We try to create a value through time & craftmanship, and not through the price tag of our products. If you want the authentic Berlin experience to get shown the finger while enjoying your meal - come pay us a visit😘 Apart from that we’re actually quite nice💚 📸 @florencemetzler_photography by @restauranthorvathberlin
Walk through my Garden As we have slowly but surely reached spring, the produce in my garden is also starting to bear its fruits, as everything is blossoming and sprouting. It’s definitely my favourite time of the year, especially because I am able to selectively serve the dish ‘Walk through my Garden’ to our guests. For this dish, I embrace the saying: ‘What grows together, goes together’. A selection of fruits, vegetables & herbs coming exclusively from my garden in Pankow (just north of Berlin), is served with an emulsion from egg yolks, from the eggs laid freshly by my hens the same morning. Being close to nature always makes me feel like I am embraced by a transcendental feeling, and to be able to transmit this feeling to some of our guests, makes this dish extremely special to me. 📸 @redondobueno by @restauranthorvathberlin
Our sous-chef @_paul_jahn_ prepping the new tomato dish with the best tomatos you can find in Germany from @girrbachs_gemuese 🍅💚 by @restauranthorvathberlin
Frau Luna Our newest cocktail & an homage to long, mexikaner-filled nights at our dear neighbors @frauluna_berlin . Based on the iconic Berlin shot, which is basically a more heavily spiced, version of a bloody mary. Our interpretation is made with clarified tomato water, an exclusive celeriac distillate from our friends @edelhof1514 , a homemade chili (@girrbachs_gemuese )korn & flavoured with roasted vegetable reduction, lemon syrup & apricot juice. Available as a cocktail & as a shot💚🤠 📸 @steffensinzinger by @restauranthorvathberlin
We are back for you this week - well rested & ready for Autumn💚 Our kitchen team has been busy with R&D, and we are launching 3 new dishes this week! Check our website to stay in the loop, we can’t wait to show you what we’ve been working on🫶🏻 📸 @steffensinzinger by @restauranthorvathberlin
Meet Ben When he isn‘t posing for a photoshoot, @benappetit_de is our assistant managing director, maître d‘information & sous-chef outdoors. What exactly that entails is unclear, even to him - but he gave it his best shot to explain it in our upcoming newsletter! We‘re also spilling the beans on our next pop-up, and are teasing an exciting (conceptual) renovation coming to Horváth very soon - this is one you don‘t want to miss out on. Sign-up for our newsletter (dropping tomorrow) via our website to get the newest tea💚 📸 @steffensinzinger by @restauranthorvathberlin

Next week we will take a short holiday in order to prepare for an eventful autumn with some exciting changes👀 Unfortunately, the German-Gold Tomatos from @girrbachs_gemuese are not willing to wait for us to be back, so make sure to use your last chance to come by and try this special menu🍅💚 Open this week Wed-Sat & then back for you on the 28th of October 🫶🏻 📸 @steffensinzinger by @restauranthorvathberlin
📽️ by @content.alacarte #michelinstar #foodfotografie #finediningexperience by @restauranthorvathberlin
Sonntagsbraten / Sunday Roast Our current main course: champignon cooked in almond oil, roasted vegetable reduction, tarragon emulsion & reduced cream. Served with steamed white bread fried in yeast - for the Austrian version of scarpetta. Tastes like a comforting hug after a long week of work, just like a good roast should💚 📸 @steffensinzinger by @restauranthorvathberlin
Menüpreis - €99 by @restauranthorvathberlin
Some more outtakes of our amazing 4-Hands Dinner with @davidzefran from @restaurantmilka 💚 Beautifully captured by @steffensinzinger by @restauranthorvathberlin
One for the books!❤️‍🔥 We are still buzzing from our 4-hands dinner last sunday, where we hosted @davidzefran & @eva.schlr from @restaurantmilka for our last 4-hands of 2026 at Horváth. We were deeply inspired by David‘s Slovenian Alpine cuisine & so grateful to find that there was an instant, natural chemistry in both our philosophies & personalities. Thank you to all of our guests for your continued support in our showcasing of eastern european, vegetable forward chefs, and of course to our team for making magical nights such as this one possible💚 📸 @steffensinzinger by @restauranthorvathberlin
