hot girls are wellness obsessed 🎀

taking care of yourself is the lifestyle — lymphatic drainage, movement, good food, good habits & a little extra maintenance never hurt 💅🏼

DermaShape days = my kind of self care. @thewellnessstandardtx

for the girls who need a little something sweet every night 🍎✨

I have the BIGGEST sweet tooth, so giving up dessert was simply never going to be part of my wellness routine lol. I’d rather find simple ways to make the things I love with better ingredients 🤎

my current little fall obsession:

🍎 slice your apples
🥜 add your nut butter of choice
🤎 top with pecan halves
🍫 melt chocolate with a little coconut oil + drizzle over the top
❄️ refrigerate for 10 minutes
✨ eat & enjoy

SO simple, so good, and the perfect little better-for-you fall dessert when the sweet tooth hits.

save this one for later xx by @restoration.aesthetics

hi, I’m Keilee Jane! but if you’ve been here a while, you probably already know that 🤍

consider this my little re-introduction + the start of something new.

welcome to Everyday with Keilee Jane, my little corner of the internet for all the things I genuinely love, use, wear, eat, try + probably talk way too much about.

Think non-toxic wellness, beauty, skincare, workouts, cute outfits, what I’m eating, places I’m loving, little routines that make me feel my best… and obviously, a matcha or two🤭

I’ve spent over a decade in the aesthetics + beauty world, I’m the founder of Lottie Luxe, and over the years wellness has become such a huge part of the way I live.

This page is where I get to bring all of it together without taking it too seriously.🤪

If I’m loving it, learning about it, wearing it, eating it or doing it… you’ll probably see it here.

welcome to my everyday. I’m so happy you’re here. xx 🎀✨💖 by @restoration.aesthetics

✨ Skincare is more than just products—it’s self-care, confidence, and the love we pour into ourselves daily. ✨

From one generation to the next, the secret to glowing skin is consistency, quality ingredients, and a little extra love. Taking care of your skin isn’t just about looking good—it’s about feeling your best at every age.

✨ Did you know exercise is a glow-up secret? ✨

Getting your sweat on isn’t just great for your body—it’s a game-changer for your skin too! Here’s how movement helps you glow from the inside out:

💖 Boosts circulation – Delivers oxygen + nutrients for a healthy, radiant glow!
💦 Sweating detoxifies – Flushes out toxins that can lead to breakouts + dullness.
😌 Reduces stress – Less stress = fewer flare-ups, less inflammation, and clearer skin!
😴 Improves sleep – Better rest = more skin repair + fewer under-eye circles.
✨ Increases collagen – Helps keep your skin plump, firm, and youthful!

Just don’t forget to cleanse after your workout to avoid clogged pores! 😉💖

#Skintok might be fun, but is it really the best place for skincare advice? 🤔 While viral trends can be tempting, remember—your skin is unique. What works for one person might not be the answer for you! 🌿✨

As a licensed esthetician, I’ve seen firsthand how personalized, expert guidance can completely transform skin—beyond what any internet trend ever could. Because skincare isn’t just about the latest product or hack—it’s about your lifestyle, stress levels, and overall health. 💖

Your skin deserves more than a one-size-fits-all fix. It deserves a thoughtful, science-backed approach that evolves with you. If you’re ready to cut through the noise and finally get the glowing, healthy skin you deserve, let’s create a plan just for you!

💬 Book a consultation and let’s design a routine as unique as you are. Because real results? They’re never just a trend. ✨ by @restoration.aesthetics

✨ 3 MUST-DO’s After SkinPen Microneedling! ✨

Microneedling is a game-changer for your skin, but proper aftercare is key to getting the best results. Here’s how to protect and heal your skin like a pro:

1️⃣ Clean Pillowcase 🛏️ – Prevent infection and reduce inflammation by swapping to a fresh pillowcase.
2️⃣ Clean Makeup Brushes 🖌️ – Say goodbye to bacteria and irritation by keeping your tools squeaky clean.
3️⃣ SPF, SPF, SPF 🌞 – Protect that glowing, healing skin from hyperpigmentation with daily sunscreen.

Your post-treatment glow deserves this level of care! ✨

Hi friends,
3 important things I think you should know about me!

1. I am not your traditional esthetician! I believe that skin health is closely connected to gut health and reflects what’s happening inside your body. To achieve the gorgeous, glowing, and healthy skin we all desire, we must take a holistic approach that includes consistent home care, regular monthly visits, and mindful eating habits.
2. I love skincare and enjoy sharing products, but I believe in keeping routines simple! Everyone should be able to have an effective home care routine without spending thousands of dollars. I’ve found that my clients achieve the best results with minimal products!
3. I follow an 80/20 lifestyle! 80% of the time, I focus on making the best choices possible. I choose clean, non-toxic products and foods, exercise, practice good sleep habits, and prioritize self-care. The other 20% of the time, I allow myself to indulge a little! Whether it’s wearing makeup or perfume that isn’t on the non-toxic list, enjoying a cocktail, or savoring dessert, balance is key.

If you’re looking for an esthetician to guide you on your skincare journey or want to revamp your current routine, I’d love to work with you! Don’t wait for the new year—DM me, and let’s get started now. Your skin will thank you! ✨ by @restoration.aesthetics
