POSTS STORIES REELS

For me, massage was just the beginning. It taught me how to listen to the body (because every BODY has a story, right!) to where we hold tension and to the profound impact of caring touch.

But over time, I wanted to deepen my work and my understanding of the body. That curiosity led me to Ayurveda, an ancient system of healing that changed the way I see wellness and the way I practice.

Today, Restoration Bodywork is evolving beyond massage. My work brings together Ayurvedic bodywork, massage therapy, facial, buccal massage & personalized wellness support all with the intention of helping you slow down, reconnect and restore!

This is the work I’m called to do and this is the 💜 behind
Restoration Bodywork!

If you’re new here, welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.

Have you tried Abhyanga yet?? Well ‘tis the season for introducing more warm oil massages into your life daily, weekly, whenever you can.
You can DIY your own at home or have them professionally done in my relaxing office on my relaxing Biomat. 😊

Abhyanga has a profound grounding and calming effect on the nervous system. It’s nourishing and moisturizing to our largest organ, the skin. And it’s a beautiful way to care for yourself especially this time of year when Vata dosha is in full swing & schedules get overly busy.

Book yours online or text me to schedule

Thank you @banyanbotanicals for making the most amazing Abhyanga oil!!! 💜 by @restorationbodywork

Embracing the wisdom of Ayurveda with a soothing face lift massage by the incredible @restorationbodywork ✨🌿

I absolutely LOVED this session and view this work as holistic self-care. As a mom and biz owner, taking time for myself feels like a precious gift. This ritual is not just about rejuvenating my skin, but also nurturing my soul. 🌸💆‍♀️

Curious about the benefits of facial massage? There are so many!
Facial massage offers a range of benefits, including:

1. Improved circulation: Massage helps increase blood flow, delivering more oxygen and nutrients to the skin, resulting in a healthier complexion.

2. Relaxation and stress relief: It can reduce tension and promote relaxation, which can help alleviate stress and improve your mood.

3. Enhanced lymphatic drainage: Massage can help the lymphatic system eliminate toxins and reduce puffiness in the face.

4. Skin firmness: Regular facial massage may promote collagen production, which can contribute to firmer and more youthful-looking skin.

5. Reduced fine lines and wrinkles: By stimulating blood flow and relaxing facial muscles, massage may help diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

6. Natural glow: Facial massage can give your skin a radiant, healthy glow by removing dead skin cells and encouraging cell turnover.

7. Relief from sinus congestion: Massaging the sinus areas can help relieve congestion and alleviate discomfort. (This is a big one for me!)

If you are looking for a holistic option vs injections or in general just wanting to do something for yourself, go give yourself this gift! Elisa is the best!
