Return To Dance is a program, a class, a workshop, A SPACE that is born from my heart to yours. Every human I’ve ever encountered has a story and a relationship to dance. This is your place to come and reconnect, rediscover, re-enJOY what that is. With Love, From Me to You Let’s Dance! #returntodance #danceisforeveryone #movement by @returntodance_
RETURN TO DANCE is YOUR BRIDGE. Between your world without dance and your world with dance. See you there 💫 #dance #returntodance #danceyourheartout by @returntodance_

A TESTIMONIAL FOR THE EARTH? “Why do I call Jana when I book something? Jana loves people - and she really loves that people inform characters and then characters tell the story. So any work we do starts with the character. She can talk to me about their psychology but then, the best part, is when she’s like - THIS CHARACTER LIVES IN A BODY AND WHAT IS THAT LIKE? - And for me, everything comes together when I use my body to tell the story. The work I do with Jana comes early in my process and it builds a foundation for me to feel free and confident when I get to the workplace. It is necessary and invaluable.” -Aaron Murtagh Nothing gets much better than working with @jazzyreturns except maybe loving @jazzyreturns 💫 #actor #workingactor #stageandfilm #movementcoach #collaboration #dothework #returntodance by @returntodance_
THIS IS MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE PART OF ANY RETURN TO DANCE WARMUP My Moana, reclaim your power, take up space, feel your strength moment. Oh, how I love you. #returntodance #makesound #takeupspace #moana by @returntodance_
A testimonial from the one and only @katehurster - a woman I love and admire deeply and truly. Thank you Kate! “Return to Dance is magical. There is something so freeing about actually dancing like nobody is watching while still being in community. Jana creates a warm and joyful space that beckons bravery and freedom of movement, and her smile makes anything possible. Also, Jet.“ @jet_jet_love approved #returntodance #freedom #movement #community by @returntodance_
THIS ONE! You can see in a few seconds how we transform the movement from being mind led- being a “right step in rhythm” - to a natural, ongoing FLOW. No thought- just surrendering to continuous movement. I love these ladies!!! #returntodance #movement #flow by @returntodance_
